After 20 years of dining here, I can confidently say that Panda Palace is the best Chinese restaurant in Whatcom County—hands down. In fact, it’s the best Chinese food I’ve ever had, anywhere. The lunch portions are a great value, and the dinner combos are incredibly generous—plenty to leave you full and still have leftovers for later. Every dish is served hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the General Tso’s chicken or the fried rice—both are fantastic. Most importantly, the staff—Bridgett, Jenny, Jade, and the rest of the team—are truly outstanding. They’re prompt, attentive, and always happy to recommend something you’ll love. Thinking about eating here? Do it. You won’t regret it! PS: Panda Palace offers multiple Vegan/Vegetarian options and can accommodate other modifications based on dietary needs or preferences. Everyone at Xing’s is very nice! Service is extremely fast, staff will remember you, and the food is so yummy I came two days in a row! 😂🥰

The negative reviews are brutal... I hit the drive thru around 1230pm. The gal was super nice on the mic and confirmed my order. The was really friendly at the window and accommodated my request for chopsticks. I got back to my office 5 minutes away and the food was delicious.

Shout out to the great, honest staff at this location. I was there for lunch like 7 hours ago and left my wallet behind on accident. I didn’t realize it until tonight. Anyway, it’s a snowstorm and I tried calling like 5 times - but something was wrong with their phones (I could hear them, but they couldn’t hear me). A young man calls me back from his personal phone and lets me know - and I ask about my wallet. They had it in the safe! Whew! So I headed there in the storm to pick it up. And, everything was still in there as it was. Very thankful!! Also, lunch was good as usual! Always good food, service, and very clean.

I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Abigail D during my recent visit to Panda Express on Sunset Avenue, and I cannot say enough great things about her service! From the moment I walked in, Abigail greeted me with a warm smile and an energy that instantly brightened the atmosphere. She was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and attentive, making sure every part of my order was perfect—and it was! Her enthusiasm is infectious, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about delivering a top-notch experience. Abigail went above and beyond to make sure I left happy, and thanks to her, I did. Team members like Abigail are rare gems, and she truly elevates the Panda Express experience. Thank you, Abigail, for your outstanding service—I’ll definitely be back soon!
