The Villa
Fun neighborhood bar. The Chinese Cheers! The food is fresh, good portions and offers organic selections. Rarely do you go thrre and not see a familiar face.

Imperial Garden Middleton
Delicious food, some of the best Chinese cuisine I’ve ever had.
Disappointing visit. Rude server - Seemed to be a big hassle to ask for Soy Sauce. Bland food
Taigu
The food is delicious, as always, and the new location is great. Lovely atmosphere inside, and ample parking outside. The service was quick! I ordered carryout, and only waited about 5-7 minutes, I'd say. Many clearly labeled vegetarian options. I would recommend adding extra veggies, a $3 option, for even more deliciousness! (I didn't do this and wished I had.) I don't live on this side of town but will happily make the trip for Taigu!
I’m a big fan of hand-pulled noodles and can’t get them locally where I live so I was thrilled to see an option when visiting Madison for work. Taigu delivered on all expectations and more. The restaurant is very clean and beautifully decorated! Met the owner who was very grateful for our business. It’s so good I had to come back a second time for dinner before I skipped town. Great experience, I hope I end up back in Madison again so I can enjoy the fresh and tasty food at Taigu!
China Wok
I think that China Wok is a 3.5 star rating for me… Due to the average ratings being over 4, I will round down to 3. Although some reviews mention a buffet, this current location does not have one. I believe this restaurant used to be located a block down and did have a buffet space. The takeout is ready fairly quickly. The food is good, but not exemplary. I would definitely eat food here again, but I would also check out other places in the area to see if I could find a better option. The portions are ample for the price. The seating in restaurant is fairly limited. You could certainly eat a quick bite here, but I wouldn’t settle in for a long dinner here.
I lived in Asia for 24 years, more specifically Indonesia. The food at China wok is excellent and very fairly priced. The crew who work here are extremely friendly, accommodating and hard working. They always remember you and do their best to satisfy your every need. I now live across town and still return if Chinese food is on the menu. While I've eaten here many times, it's mostly a takeout type of resto.
Grand China
Been coming here for years. Small, hole in the wall place with great food and super friendly staff. The egg rolls and pork fried rice are some of the best I've ever had. Wish the crab rangoons were better but the rest of the food and portion sizes make up for that. Always fast, always fresh and hot. Stop here any chance I get.
Really starting to be real stingy. I know beef is expensive but if I pay my money I want some beef in my rice .I don't appreciate having five pieces of meat in my beef fried rice I'm a regular I spend good money treat me accordingly. I will not continue to come here if y'all don't get it together.Thats not okay .Y'all practically give that pork away but when it comes to the beef y'all being very stingy I want my money worth .
