Hidden gem inside the Angel Of The Winds Casino.

A small place with delicious food and a friendly cashier. The matcha donuts are my all time favorite.

Kinda disappointed in food overall. Honey walnut shrimp was a strange orange color and tasted like generic sweet sauce. Food was bit salty/greasy and MSG heavy. Texture on deep fried food was good. Would chalk it up to a step above chinese mall food. Not sure if I would come back as looking for more quality.

Food was typical Chinese take out style. Everything was fresh, hot, and not soggy. Would. Prices are in the higher end. Nice staff but slow service.

I've been here a few times when I'm on this side of town. The service is warm and quick, the food is delicious, and the portion sizes are great. I think the rice is cooked very fragrantly and it tastes really good. I will definitely be back!

Update 1/5/25: Went again here during lunch and tried 4 more dishes and they were yummy! Updated this review with menus and pictures. I love that we have a good asian restaurant up north. We've been to this place 2 times now and both times we had an excellent experience. The place is located in a small complex with other pretty good restaurants too. Parking can get packed here but there should be some space for everyone. Food order comes pretty quick and they are really good. Things that we personally like are the sweet and sour dishes, Sichuan spicy dishes, their string beans are good, tea smoked duck is pretty good as well. Their dim sum is good too. Soup dumplings are good with big portions. Nothing can go wrong here. It does get pretty packed at normal eating hours, so come a little early to avoid waiting.

Family run restaurant. Friendly and very welcoming. Egg flower soup was very rich in flavour and HOT (temperature). Steamed bun was just okay. Not much flavour. Bun it self should have a little sweetness this lacked that. BBQ port was more shredded pork and little flavour. Served hot! Main meal was nice. Egg roll was not home made and veggies had definitely a frozen (little soggy) texture. Sweet and sour pork was good. Little heavily breaded sauce on the side. Mongolian beef prepared nice a little salty for my taste. I asked for 2 stars and I really should have had three. Over all $17 for the entire meal (hum bao $10) was a bargain. I'd definitely recommend it over all. Maybe white rice in place of fried would be better to absorb the saltiness.

Every thing we ordered is really good. Service is nice and the ambience is average. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Definitely recommend trying this out.

I ordered take out but atmosphere looked great! The portion for to go was a joke. I think my kids lunch box is bigger than this place's to go container! Food amount is not good and to be honest the taste was bland. I was expecting a lot of food for the price and the amount of dishes I got. Guess if you want more food, then go to the less luxury places lol so beware 😉

Perfect Chinese food, best I've ever had! Brought my kids with me and we each enjoyed delicious meals. The atmosphere was amazing. Even with many other people here, it was quiet and we could easily enjoy good conversation with each other. The wonderful servers checked on us often. Thanks for a great meal!

Stopped for late lunch. Great lunch menu & prices. The food was good & serving generous for a lunch.

First time visit alone and wanted hot & sour soup. It lacked ingredients ie: mushrooms, pepper, lemon or lime as taste was neither hot nor sour sadly lacking flavor . I ordered the House crispy noodle chow mein that was drowning in too sweet brown sauce. Large bowl that could be shared with others but it needed less sauce and some vegetables less cooked to be better. Lots of meats of beef, chicken, and shrimp.

My co-worker and I came to buy food on our lunch break and let me say I’m disappointed my shrimp fried rice tasted burnt. My co-worker’s chow mein was salty and not good at all. The only thing good were the fried prawns. I will never order from here again. Definitely waste our lunch break!!!!

The food was amazing. We sat in the bar and it was so laid back and chill. The service was amazing! There were four in our party and we ended up sharing everything. We had a total of six mixed drinks, three beers, four entrees, and two appetizers and the bill's total was $150. That is a steal considering the portions and stiffness of the drinks. We had been discussing how lackluster all the Chinese food in the Seattle area is and this place really delivered. We drove out of our way to go to this place and we were not disappointed.

Food was good don't get me wrong, but it would've been a lot better if I'd been given the Mandarin chicken I ordered instead of Mongolian chicken. It was still good, but I'm still craving what I actually wanted. Edit: also the $2 price difference of not getting what I ordered is kinda getting under my skin. I didn't pay extra for no reason.

It's okay... But not the same, I was sad to discover that the restaurant was under new ownership today, but had decided to keep the same name, I ordered the same as usual, my spicy chicken teriyaki in hopes it would still be the same but it was not at all, the price is $15.99, which is $3.00 more than the old cost, and the portion size is noticeably smaller. I think at least giving the courtesy of putting an under new ownership sign would be due, especially because all of the reviews on here are for the previous owners and their menu, not the new ones, so it would be giving people a false narrative and expectations for the restaurant.

Customer service really wasn’t what the problem was it was the quality of the food. I got the Mongolian beef and it tasted bland, texture was chewy/almost soggy like. Honestly tastes like a frozen meal reheated… I also got the shrimp Fried rice and it was fine nothing I would crave to come back for but it was better than the Mongolian beef.

Typical Chinese joint serving typical Chinese dishes. Nothing extraordinary or distinguishing about the food but sometimes that's all you want: good food without the frills or gimmicks. Host was nice and the place was clean, bright and open. 2 lunch specials (Mongolian beef and shrimp) + green onions pancake came out to $40 with tax/tips.

I love this place. Such a reasonable price for such a huge bowl of noodle soup. I love the egg noddles but if you like hand pulled they do it there on the spot and they’re tender and chewy. Service is fast and again can’t beat the prices. I haven’t eaten a lot of other things cuz I love the noodle soup so much but what I have tried I liked. All except the egg drop soup. That had too much corn starch and was pretty slimy and plain. But everything else is flavorful and fresh. Highly recommend.

I've been going here for years. This recent trip is the last. I got the "braised" beef and duck noodle soup. The beef was dry and gross. I couldn't even bite a piece because it was so tough. The duck was all skin and bone, no meat. The service was poor as well. I know prices are rising, but brisket is pretty hard to mess up.

If u really need a good chiense vegetable, you must come here. Super authentic taste

Best Szechuan tofu I've ever had. Friendly service and good prices. My husband enjoyed his pho and my daughter ate all of her sweet and sour chicken. 🌝 Edit: as of 8/2/18 we've eaten at Good Taste three times and I swear they are underselling themselves. Excellent and subtle flavors, attentive service and a truly pleasant dining experience. Definitely a cut above what I expect out of a strip-mall restaurant.

The servers was great. however, I had dinner to go the soup, fried rice and chowmain were good but the sweet and sour chicken was not cooked all the way the breading was soft and soggy and my most favorite almond fried chicken was the same with no gravey. That being said I will never go there again.

Service was great, the ladies were so quick and friendly, but the food was BAD. Chow mein was so bland and wet. No flavor at all, not visually appealing either. Orange chicken was also bland, hardly tasted the orange.
