Probably the one of the most affordable dim sum place you can find in Chinatown. And delicious. Friendly staff. My favorite items are fried chive dumplings, cha siu bao, and chow mein

Open bright and early at 7am for sit down and take out. This is my go-to for dim sum for the past 12 years.

Super friendly owners/staff and amazing food! The size of the wings was impressive, the calamari seemed unending, the sticky fried rice had an abundance of flavor and ingredients, and the pea vine was really tender! The taste of their aromatic house tea really came through in the mandarin breeze cocktail. Oh, and they also have a dangerously yummy lemon drop shot that is a must try! We’ll be back soon for sure, thank you Gan Bei for making it such a wonderful and memorable experience =)

The food here is great! I like everything I ordered! They have a digital full menu which is not a lot of options but enough for me to choose things I want. They made the food after ordering so it is fresh and hot, but take a bit of time. The surroundings there is cozy and friendly, very small place but decorated well. Great place for after work gatherings. Street parking available around.

I've been going here for a good 4-5 years. Super fast service, very high quality food at a fantastic value - as of Jan 2025 the 3-item combo is still $13.61, same price since March 2023! Also shown is soy sauce chicken with noodles. Meats are delicious, the rice and cabbage you get with the combo are great. The beef chow fun is good, and I would like to try their brisket sometime! Of the three or so BBQ joints in the immediate area, Ton Kiang is the best. Note this is a take-out place.

My go to place for southern Chinese bbq in Seattle. It’s better than the other places I’ve had, super value as well. My go to is the duck and soy sauce chicken combo with rice. Togo only and family owned place. The owner is nice and speaks enough English. On a sunny day it’s nice to eat the meal in the ID park nearby.

A family business with affordable prices. A young child brought the menu to my table. (A crib was in the back for the "waiter's" naps as needed.) I had the noodles and pork with soup on the side for $12 plus tax and tip.

Cleanest broth and tastiest brisket I have ever had. Very good price too!

This is the third time we went to H Bistro. The first 2 times were amazing. This 3rd time was not so great. We ordered the Chinese Sausage and Bacon Mushroom Lotus Leaf steamed rice (腊味合蒸) and we only got fatty pieces of Chinese Bacon. I would not recommend this item. (I recommend the Pork Spare Rib with Rice, Chicken, and Salted Egg Yolk with Pumpkin) Edit: We called and they refunded the dish. Changing to 4-star for service.

Very delicious and authentic Cantonese food! The best walnut shrimp in the United States. The pulled chicken is very flavorful. The pea vine is my favorite vegetable at H Bistro!

The Roast Duck, BBQ Pork Cheek, and Roast Pork was perfect. Not salty or dry, even by the 3rd day. Used to drive to Richmond, British Columbia for this type of takeout, but no more🫶🏻. Also tried their stir fry Beef chow-fun rice noodle, unusually large pieces, beef was soft, lots of bean sprouts, pretty good. owner even brought it out to my car since it was raining, so 😊. No dine-in though.

The shredded duck chow mein had a bone in it. Half the noodles were dried out and hard. They were just slopped on top of duck and veggies that were just sitting at the bottom, not incorporated into the noodles. The sweet & sour prawns were terribly fishy-tasting, the breading was weird, and barely enough sauce came with them to cover them. No vegetarian or chicken egg rolls. Never again.
