Happy Garden Chinese Restaurant
My boyfriend got the kung pow chicken which was pretty good. I got the lemon chicken which was good. I liked breading which was like the milinesa style but the lemon sauce was like lemon jelly they fill donuts with and holy crap batman did they overload it on my chicken..not to mention im used to it typically given on the side. Ordered a glass of wine which upon tasting and looking was infact franzia boxed wine. 🫢
Wow, go here !! Food is fantastic, the owners so nice, clean and happy place, priced right
Eat Time
Came here looking for good Chinese food, wasn't disappointed. They have an extensive menu and all of it looks authentic, my guy ordered a wonton soup and we had BBQ pork as an appetizer. He liked his soup, it was different than what he expected but the taste really grew on him and our appetizer was good. I have mixed feelings on mine, I ordered the spicey fish and was surprised it was a soup (probably my fault overlooking it). The fish was good, flounder and the soup had a lot of vegetables in it which I loved. The aspect about the soup I hated was it had peppercorn in it, the pepper I didn't mind but it also had the husk which is very powerful in flavor and slightly bitter. I actually used a spoon to scoop up all of the husks on top of the soup and after doing so it was quite delicious. The owner I'm presuming was very friendly and informed me that if I wanted the soup again in the future, they could not put the peppercorn in it. We've been looking for a new spot to count on for Chinese and I think we just found it, will definitely be back to sample more of the menu.
Cozy yet quirky spot with some great Cantonese food. We've been here twice and always enjoyed the food and friendly service. Faves are the toast with peanut butter, eat time milk tea (have it hot!) and rice rolls with XO sauce. The rest were good too. Peking duck was cooked perfectly (tho the bao could've been better), and the curry fish balls were tasty. Our little one loves swears by the popcorn chicken, light, crunchy and savory.
Wah Kue Cafe
Have had this place once or twice but this will be the last time. Got the chefs special chow mein and it was a gelatinous mess. Inedible. The fried rice was fine but the chow mein was so bad we wasted over $20.
We’ve been ordering the same to-go meal (No.1 plate) on News Years Eve for over 40 years. The quality and consistency has not changed even with new owners. If you want traditional American Chinese food this is your place.
Panda Express
Panda Express is one of my favorites. You cannot beat the price and food quality combination. Always fresh and delicious. The workers work hard and are courteous. Nice and clean spacious dining area with booths. Thanks Panda and team!
Stopping here as a regular customer to get food knowing Jay. For the past years, I have never had an issue until now. You got this weirdo, so she claims to be a manager coming out from Starbucks to the side building of Panda Express her name is KIM screams trying to take a picture of my truck without my permission for something we didn't do bad demanding us to leave. Like, who are you and who hired you as a manager demanding us to leave making false accusations stopping to smoke a cigarette in the corner. You need to be retrained instead of making false verbal accusations on people thinking your accusations were valid and then contacting Jay stating false lies to him over the phone. KIM, you are an example of good customers not returning to this location because u acting like i done something bad screaming and making things up in your tiny brains. I will be contacting corporate on behalf of your behavior. Also, if you are a manager, why don't you have a manager tag on the way Jay would so again? You're just an employee who needs to be retrained how to have customer service. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the treatment I received during my recent visit to your establishment. As a regular customer, I have always been satisfied with the service and food provided, particularly when Jay is working. However, my latest experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of an individual claiming to be a manager named Kim. On my most recent visit, Kim emerged from the Starbucks adjacent to your location on the side building and approached me in a confrontational manner. She began screaming and attempting to take a picture of my vehicle without my permission, citing unfounded accusations. I was shocked and taken aback by her behavior, which was not only unprofessional but also harassing. Kim's actions were completely unwarranted, and I took great offense to her false accusations and verbal abuse. Furthermore, I was dismayed to learn that she had contacted Jay, a manager staff member. I have come to trust and relayed false information about the incident. This not only reflects poorly on Kim but also undermines the trust I have in your establishment. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity, particularly when I have done nothing wrong. Kim's behavior was a stark contrast to the excellent service I have come to expect from your location. Her actions, including screaming, making false accusations, and attempting to take pictures without permission, are unacceptable and demonstrate a clear lack of customer service skills. I am also concerned that Kim does not appear to have a manager's tag or identification, which raises questions about her authority and legitimacy as a manager. It is imperative that your staff, particularly those in management positions, are properly trained and equipped to handle customer interactions in a professional and respectful manner. I intend to contact your corporate office to report this incident and express my disappointment with the treatment I received. I hope that you will take immediate action to address Kim's behavior and provide her with the necessary training to ensure that customers are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take prompt action to rectify the situation. Kim should be fired as she's not a great fit for Panda Express within her discriminating against me and my partner refusing to have us order food. We will not be regular customers here anymore. The owner of this place needs to see this unacceptable type of behavior Kim claiming she owns the store.
