We have been going for yrs! The food has gotten so terrible. I called before I wrote this and all I got was .. oh sorry The egg rolls had nothing in them but cabbage no meat and no other veggies

The lady serving had poor customer service skills. She threw an attitude towards my family during Father’s Day. My family used to love coming for the overall experience & food & we don’t think we will return. Also, for it to be a restaurant, half of the back of the seating area looks like a tornado went through there. & don’t even get me started about the bathrooms! Gross! -300000/10.

I will never eat here again. Normally I call my order in. Today I walked in placed the order of rib tips and fried rice. The cook proceeded to scratch his head and then grab the rib tips with his bare nasty hands. I was so disgusted I asked for my money back and left.

Wanted some Chinese for lunch and this place is close to work so I checked it out. The place itself is kind of messy and could use a little organizing. My food came out quickly. I had the pepper steak with onions lunch special. The pepper steak was decent but the fried rice seemed a little undercooked. The egg roll wasn't great. It's not the best Chinese food I've ever had but definitely not the worst. There are two other places near downtown Suffolk that are better.

We’ve never had issues with our food here. It tastes good, and I usually order through the app. However, I was really disappointed when we arrived for lunch and were told they had just opened and wouldn’t have food ready for about 30 minutes. There should be prep time built in to the schedule before opening.

This specific location always finds a way to mess up our order. It never fails. Do not leave the drive thru until you've checked your order for accuracy. Food is usually great, just depends if we get to have a warm meal or cold meal.

Please do not eat here!!!…I work in the mall and ordered from this establishment…after eating a fair portion of my food this is wat I found!!…they do not care at all…they even asked me for a receipt knowing that I just left there…please please please do not eat there!!!…please tell everyone and be careful!!

Ordered via Doordash absolutely fresh, tasty, and great proportions! Highly recommend!! I got 2 meat 2 sides- bourbon chicken ×2 , white rice, and mixed vegetables 😋

A great peaceful place with good customer service. But I personally hate consuming salt so I suggest to the people who have high BP blood pressure,😬I don’t recommend this place to you Food is extremely salty and food was not hot,just a bit worm But otherwise if you take food like that and looking for a quiet and peaceful restaurant then enjoy your time Great customer service And they charge you after you are done eating or until you ask for the check. To my trucking brothers and sisters The parking lot it’s big enough If you have a 53 ft trailer you will have no problem parking here.

I ate the hibachi grill after seeing wings that looked as if they were overcooked by ten minutes and left on the buffet the entire time I was there. Not one person dared to try those burnt wings. Building, restaurant is in dire need of repairs and remodeling. The bathroom was a safety hazard in more ways than one. Our waitress was the positive of the visit. She was friendly, courteous and fast and on top of things. I did find some shrimp on the buffet that was good and the Hot and Sour soup was the very best thing I had. It was really good. Restaurant in dire need of remodeling and needs a kitchen manager that wouldn't allow burnt wings to be placed in the buffet. I wonder if they are still on that buffet.
