I've from North Jersey, 10 min from NYC and let me tell you I know great Chinese. I've been here 8 years and thought I had a good Chinese place near me off forest Hill but after trying Eat Rice, let me just say I give it a 8.5 out of 10. Best Chinese in Richmond. Always mobbed with people line out the door. Shrimp egg food young with pork fried rice and Egg roll. Trust me get it.

I saw great reviews and ordered the sesame chicken dinner combo. The fried rice and egg roll were alright, but the chicken (which was mostly batter) was also, bland, rubbery and dry. Maybe they're having an off day, but I think I'm just gonna stick with Tops China
