Ginger Beef doesn't really have an eating area, so it's difficult to judge the atmosphere. I'd argue that this location is for carry out and delivery only...and that's OK. I've ordered here three times and have had a quality experience all three times...thick chunks of white, hot food, abundant wonton in your soup order, and friendly service. I've ordered the almond chicken twice and find they use a modest amount of sauce and breading. You won't find yourself with huge mystery chunks of fried MSG or dry stalks of pulled meat. Again, this location is primarily a kitchen and pick up in the tradition of what you'll find in the city, corner carry outs. I've been disappointed that they have not had any half and half during my visits, so that's a goal that would help this location soar to higher levels. They also have great white rice, which can never be understated.

Usually the uglier the place, the better but I got a combo lo mien and they put dry chicken and like 3 pieces of shrimp. The other restaurants on the strip are better.

They offer three different levels for extra meat. I asked for a lot of meat, and I was charged for the medium amount, which is an extra four dollars. However, I received no extra meat—it's mostly vegetables with just a little bit of meat, the same amount as a regular order. Additionally, the meat was covered in flour, which is unusual for pepper steak. They also charged an extra two dollars for additional sauce, but there was no extra sauce. I won't be coming here for Chinese food again. With Chinese restaurants on almost every block, this one is by far the worst I've ever had. They also don't offer dine in.

Was not sure if rice came with the entree just did not see that on the menu. The portion of food is fantastic! Got the Seasame chicken and orange chicken delicious, also got the meat dumplings very good. This was first time ordering from this restaurant I highly recommend.

Buoy oh buoy I have found my new favorite Chinese restaurant! Absolutely amazing food and S tier service. Isle be surprised if any other business tries to compete because they will lose. I had a hull of a time here and can't wait to come back!

I ordered a combination fried rice, bbq spare rip and an egg roll. The food came out faster than I expected, the rice was nice and hot and it was a decently portioned order. The bbq spare ribs have been the closest ones to the ones i had back home which is a fantastic thing. In my opinion this is a nice place to eat that if you’re taking the interstate.
