Ming’s Cafe
Owners are super nice. Food's a fair price for the portion size. Meat is freshly cooked when you order. I got basil fried rice and it was really solid. Overall a nice place in a convenient location that's worth going to or at least getting delivered. (One of the owners, Steve, personally loves the delivery and pickup orders because he can make sure the quality control is always to his standards.)
I recently tried Ming’s Cafe in Bristow, hoping for something flavorful and authentic. While the service was friendly and the experience was fair overall, I found the food to be underwhelming. Everything I ordered tasted very similar—bland, lacking the bold flavors I usually associate with good Chinese cuisine. It felt more like a generic take on Chinese food than something rooted in traditional cooking. I appreciate the effort, but I was left wishing for more depth and distinction in the dishes.
