I’ve been in Utah for close to a year and this is the first Chinese restaurant I saw. There’s a reason why it’s always packed. I finally came to try it out. I’ll start by saying that Julia my server was nothing but exceptional. The food was very good and flavorful although the one thing I really wanted to try, I didn’t get to was their fried rice since I haven’t found any to my liking as of yet in Utah. I highly recommend you give it a try specially, if you’re a dim sum fan

Hit or Miss. The pan fried or double pan fried noodles were excellent. The hot sour soup was a little off and the ham fried rice in the combo was bland and tasted like two day old rice. Tofu kung pow was average. I would come back for the fried noodles but would avoid the soups and rice dishes.

the only food that had any flavor were the fried dumplings, crab rangoons, egg rolls, spring rolls. all the other foods and sauces were plain and bland. Sweet and sour sauce was missing the ginger flavor. The hot and sour soup was neither. Lo mein was flavorless. The ice cream was more crystallized ice than cream. The service was beyond awesome! For half the price I rather go to 🐼.

Our travel agent guy recommend this buffet to us, that is really worthy buffet that I had eaten, so many food choices, Chinese cuisine , sushi, mongolian cuisine ect, environment is bright, clean and organized, spacious eating area, the price is so so so competitive with many food choices. no matter you are vegtarian or carnivore, you can easily find what you like. Taste is very delicious. Food material is fresh, waiters and waitress are so kind and polite. I will definitely recommand to my friends to come here if they visit Salt lake city in the future. never let you disappoint, really worthy to go.

I stopped by to have a quick dinner. The place was empty at 5:30 so I was a bit concerned. But a lady came over quickly and took my drink order and gave me a menu. I ordered a house special noodle dish with pork, chicken, shrimp, beef and I don’t know what else. I also asked for chicken egg rolls and hot and sour soup. The egg rolls were pretty greasy and really didn’t have much of a taste the hot and sour soup was a big hit and tasted like it was home made not out of a can. The noodles came out and the portion was pretty good sized more than enough for the next day. The noodles were really good and there were fresh shrimp and lots of meat in the dish. I was pleased with the meal

When I went, it was completely empty, but we got serviced very fast. We got our meal very quickly and it was absolutely delicious! We ordered the family meal B and substituted the prawns for orange chicken.

It was perfect. Perfect. Down to the last minute detail. The food is simply amazing. There is so much savory richness and subtle flavors that make this truly addicting. This is not your run of the mill Chinese takeout; this is a standout restaurant with meticulously made food. You can taste the quality and technique. All for a VERY, VERY fair price that I'd rather come here than any other common Utah Chinese restaurants. It was also my first time experiencing REAL sichuan pepper, apparently. For those who don't know, it can elevate a perception of saltiness and mimic the numbing sensation. We had initially thought they made our ribs and potatoes too salty, but after some investigation they schooled us on the effect of the peppers (backed by Google!) and fixed us a different dish so we can compare. They handled it amazing. The atmosphere is also incredible; I love the modern Chinese aesthetic, it's very clean and beautiful to look at. There's also a window into the kitchen, which adds some nice flare. It can get loud in the restaurant, but that's from so many people talking, so perhaps another tribute to the atmosphere. Service is also amazing. As mentioned earlier, when we had a question about our dish, they very nicely investigated, educated, and solved the issue. The servers were definitely overwhelmed on the Saturday where we went, they were running around quickly-- but when we did get their attention, they gave us full and undivided attention and checked on us periodically. Highly recommend and would go again! I believe this to be a gem in the area, if not city, if not the state itself!

Woah… Another great culinary addition to Salt Lake City for Chinese cuisine/restaurant. The menu selection is amazing with so many different entrees, appetizers, noodles selections, protein like beef, chicken, pork and seafood too. They need two menus to cover it all. Foods are very good and tasty but be careful because it can be a little on the salty side. However, it can also be very spicy too if you choose… Finally, a four stars rating from me because the service needs more help at times. I noticed people were lining up in queue when there are still open tables…. At last, prices are considerably lower than other restaurants in town. But by making customers paying for rice is a little bit of a stretch for me. Enjoy all the new tastes of this new place!

I had the Cream Cheese Fried Wonton & Fantail Shrimp. Both were delicious. My wife had the pork fried rice and liked it as well. They're exactly what you'd expect to receive from a Chinese restaurant. I would have liked more cocktail sauce for the shrimp, but I tend to use a lot of sauce with my shrimp &, perhaps, the take out container of sauce is just a bit small & if I had eaten in I, at the very least, would have been able to request more. This restaurant will certainly become a part of our rotation. The prices are quite reasonable.

We ordered the roast pork with vegetables and the broccoli and beef. Both dishes are just swimming in sauce. I'm all for lots of sauce, but when you have a delivery order that has that much sauce it just makes it a soggy plate of nasty.

I have been a customer for a few years and the restaurant has been updated a couple of times. I can’t remember last time I visited before last week but the place has been renovated. Food was good and service was great. The prices are appropriate to their quality and location. Ambience is really good. The upgrades make the visit a more pleasant experience… so definitely an improvement. Server was very good and thank you for the constant visits to the table to offer water refills and to check if we needed anything. I will be coming back.

This was our initial visit to this establishment, as our usual Pho restaurant was temporarily closed. Intrigued by the positive reviews, we decided to try this restaurant. While I had high hopes for enjoying the food and ambiance, I was ultimately disappointed. The dishes tasted bland and overly greasy, lacking in flavor. Despite ordering two Pho bowls, we were only given a single small plate of toppings. Additionally, while the service started off decently, we did not receive a water refill until we requested the check. Regrettably, we do not plan on returning to this establishment.

I have never been so disappointed in food. I couldn’t even eat this. I’m not sure what meat that is but it’s not steak. The carrots tasted old and dry. I also got an egg roll and being someone who has allergies I was surprised when there was a shrimp inside of it. Nothing we ordered had shrimp in it at all. I think they ruined Chinese/japanese food for me for the remainder of my pregnancy.

Ordered Chow mein. It had no noodles. When I called, I was told they don't make it with noodles. If it doesn't have noodles, it's NOT chow mein. Used to love this place as a kid. What happened? Edit: I did call back and was given no help whatsoever at the time. Also, Chow mein and Lo mein traditionally have noodles. What I received was Chop suey. Lo mein has a soft noodle, and Chow mein is supposed to have a fried noodle.

We’re in the area of Taylorsville for the summer. Just my wife and I. We decided to give China One a try for takeaway. We’ve been from Los Angeles to Bar Harbor and tasted our share of Chinese cuisine. From their large menu we ordered chicken cashew, egg drop soup, pork fried rice, edamame and pork egg rolls. The food was fresh and clean. The chicken cashew had generous portions of meat, carrots, celery and sauce. The soup broth was thinner in a good way, not like some that come out thick. No corn, onion or peas. Just unadulterated broth and egg. Really clean egg taste. The food was cooked in vegetable oil without being oily. One caveat: steamed white rice does not come with the entrée. You must order it off the menu (sm$4/lg$5.25). We recommend China One for authentic Chinese food; price inline with quality; its extensive menu; use of 100% vegetable oil and a Grade A sanitary inspection certificate. 4.5 stars. Enjoy!

We absolutely love the food! I am not sure why nine year-old boy hands me my money and doesn’t know how much it costs. Please remember to ask People what sauces they want with their bag of food. The mother seemed very upset when I asked for extra sauces, and nothing was included in the bag of food.

Oh man this place is 0/10 super disgusting I really went with an open mind, didn’t even look at the reviews. When I go do reviews I look at the menu and go and do my own review without anyone’s influence. Ordered by phone: Honey Walnut Shrimp - which the dough was not cooked all the way. It was super thick and super greasy not cooked all the way. It was missing the sauce as you can see from this picture. Beef lo men - had barely any beef a lot of vegetables and the been was chewy - which tells me it’s old meat. I took a few bites of each plate and threw them away - there goes $26.00 I’ll never get back. It’s unfortunate I like supporting local restaurants but they also have to do their part. This place was a busy first & last time.

It was great for the most part I ordered, I'll probably order again giving the benefit of the doubt. I ordered orange chicken, egg rolls and upgraded my white rice to fried rice. Pros: Order was made nice and quick. Quick pickup exchange. The egg rolls were nice, crispy, flavorful, and fresh. (Definitely one of my favorites now) The orange chicken flavor was amazing, as well as it was fresh. Cons: The orange chicken was not crispy, like, at ALL: Probably didn't fry the chicken long enough before they mixed the sauce in with it, I don't know. the fried rice I paid extra for was stale, mostly hard, and VERY nasty/off-tasting so I had to throw that ALL away after 3 bites of it and waste the extra $2 I paid for it, sadly disappointing.

This is the WORST panda to go to ! Not only does their COSTUMER SERVICE SUCK , they messed up my ORDER 3 TIMES which required me to come back 3 TIMES in ONE NIGHT. First they forgot my Wontons , came back and got it then when I got home I noticed in the bag they forgot one of my bigger plates causing my family to drive all the way back . Once they got back they told Mariana the server she didn’t say much and had ATTITUDE the WHOLE TIME ! Just to arrive home AGAIN with a bigger plate that is wrong AGAIN . Ordered half and half and got only chow mein ! I won’t be back and if I could give them 0 STARS I WOULD ! Panda Express needs to work on training their employees to have better attitudes ! You guys get paid way more than city workers ! At least act your pay ! Ridiculous!

When I used the app my order was sent to this location by accident. I tried to call right away to have it cancelled but after trying 9-10 times no one would answer. I went to the location I had been trying to order from and had them use the store phone to call. This location picked up immediately. I talked to the manager on shift. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was told that I would not be getting a refund on the food even though I had no way of getting to them. The manager at the store that helped me call said I should call corporate to get a refund. I did and was told they would not be giving me a refund, but they would send an email for a coupon for a free 'plate' due to the issue. I never received the coupon. If you are trying to get panda, I would highly suggest you choose a different location, but know that if there is a problem, you not only won't get help resolving it, but that disrespect and lies tend to run in the chain of command.
