Happened to walk by when I was at a teacher training and decided to stop at this little gem. I ordered a pork cabbage bun, a Halloween sesame special bun, and a matcha latte. So cute and friendly and quaint. I hope this place stays around. The sesame bun was soft and sweet and the pork cabbage bun was soft and just as I expected.

Found this little place by happenstance and it was lovely to come in for a quick bite. One of the owners is half Chilean and the two others are Chinese and they created a great fusion bao in honor of one of the owners Chilean heritage. As a Chilena who loves both Chinese and Chilean food the empanada boa was an awesome treat. Very cute, clean and great staff. Food was good and their Xia Bao Bao is a good price point. I love a great presentation with great food and they hit both. The carrot salad was wonderful.

This place is delicious! Highly recommend if you’re in there area or not I might just go back because it’s so good. The portions were great, we also got summer rolls that were delicious (that’s why not pictured lol). Steak pho and teriyaki chicken don. The best pho i’ve ever had. Yum.

Worst experience ever!! We ordered our appetizer and meal relight when we arrived. Appetizer came out in an appropriate time. After waiting 45 min for our food to come out we told them we had to get our food to go. It took another 20 minutes! When we got our food, it was spilled all over the inside of the bag, and there were no utensils or napkins. The employees were kind, but not good service.

I think they change their name. This is one of our new go to when we don't want to cook. The serving is a lot that it's good for 2 person per plate.

Hidden local gem! Highly recommend their Shrimp with Tofu (Bean Curd) and Salted Baked Jumbo Shrimp takeaway

I was craving some Chinese food, and I wanted to give this place a try, as I always see this place full. The building itself is not that great, but this place is a hole in the wall. I got my food to go, and the packaging and the portions were great. The food tasted pretty fresh.

Always love coming here for an affordable and delicious food. They have a lunch special that was so cheap and it comes with a main dish, soup, and an egg roll. Definitely worth it! Their walnut shrimpy and crispy noodles are my favorite! Would definitely recommend to anybody!

Typical PF Chang’s. Good food. Good service. Nice but outdated decor. Egg rolls are not big like traditional egg rolls. Food portion sizes are good. Management does a very nice job training there people. Could use a refresh in decor. But all around good…. Just not great.

We had a guest in our group with an allergy and they took exceptional care to work with us around that. I’ve been here twice and the service was very very quick both times, the food was delicious too! Highly recommended to check out if you’re looking for a quick tasty bite to eat.

Very solid Chinese food here! I got the Kung Pao chicken which our server said was one of the more popular dishes. It was definitely plenty of food for one person and a little on the expensive end, but not bad. The spice level was perfect for me and although I didn't love the texture of the chilis (they were a bit chewy), the flavors were overall food. Not sure if it was for the new year, but they even brought over some oranges to have at the end of the meal!

AMAZING! Me and my husband love trying new foods and flavors and we are so glad we decided to try this restaurant. I got the spicy numbing soup with shaved noodles and sliced beef. My husband got the pan fried udon noodles with egg drop soup and both were delicious. We were both very full by the end and I even had a large portion of leftovers. Great quantity for the price. A must see if youre craving good asain food in Salt Lake!!!

This is an absolute gem! Fantastic prices for delicious food and huge portions - what more could you ask for? And if that weren’t enough, the service is impeccable and the decor is absolutely adorable, with privacy screens at each booth and ample seating for large groups. Offers traditional Japanese sushi (expertly rolled with freshest ingredients) alongside Chinese-American family style dishes. This is also vegetarian friendly, with some tasty meat-free rolls and the ability to sub fried tofu in the Chinese-American dishes. Tokyo Tower has quickly become our favorite Japanese/Chinese restaurant in SLC and has our highest recommendation!

Our first time at this restaurant and wow were we impressed with the overall experience. From the appetizers - steamed shrimp dumplings 👌to the special rolls.. everything was fresh and really tasty. The Havana roll was our favorite.. actually each dish we had was yum. Great service and it's nice sitting in your own booth.. date night! We will be back.

Hidden gem with Authentic Chinese food! They do take a little longer to get the dishes out but it's well worth it! Every is made fresh the traditional way. This is not Panda Express 🤣 First visit, try the boiled fish with the pickled cabbage!

Don't be fooled by it's location in a strip mall. The food is some of the best original-tasting Chinese food in town. Dishes that are supposed to be prepared with white meat are prepared that way unlike many Chinese restaurants that use the random dark, spongy alternative. The owners are wonderful and the service is exceptional. The portions are large. Enough for 2-3 meals for most people. I'm so glad a friend recommended this place!

I hadn't been in 20 years, but the food is still as good. I ordered candied walnut shrimp and it was so good! We also ordered several appetizers and entrees for our whole party. We went at 4 pm on a Saturday. There were very few people, which we liked, but was also indicative that it wasn't as popular as it use to be. There are robot dumb waiters and real waiters who are attentive and helpful. The interior is looking worn. The carpet is very old and worn and several of the bench seats are cracked. But the food, bith presentation and taste, were fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend if you like sweet and sour, Mongolian beef, sticky mango rice, and sesame chicken. So much good food.

Fresh stir fries mixed with delicious greasy spoon fried dishes. Vivacious hostess/waitress with an edge; quite attentive and working hard. I think there are two portion sizes, which may have to be specified. My portions were on the medium size, but the entree prices ended up being the lunch price rather than the higher dinner price that the menu said. I was satisfied.

Absolute YUM!!! Will be visiting here again. The staff was helpful when ordering, the dish we were interested in he said wasn’t his favorite and not so popular - but we ordered it anyway and were so delighted and not disappointed at all! It was so yummy! I don’t know why it’s not a more popular dish!! Also the dumplings we had were literally some of the best dumplings we’ve had. And I make dumplings at home too. The chili oil is so on point and we loved them so much. We will be visiting again for sure to try more of the menu.

Best wings in the area hands down. Seasoned well and crispy. You can tell they brine their wings because the meat inside is tender/ flavorful.. I got the cumin wings by staff recommendation.. House beef rice noodle soup was good, spicy tangy broth, beef was tender. I would recommend the regular noodles tasted better than the rice noodle but I do appreciate that there is gluten free rice noodle options. Service was good and the ambiance was casual. I appreciate the lemon infused water. I will definitely come back for the wings and maybe try a different style noodle.

Mr. Shabu is a must visit when in SLC downtown. Our visit was during lunchtime. Joon (치 훈) was our waiter, and he did a great job explaining everything. Start with the salad bar and get a variety of mix ins for your hot pot. There's also a wall of ramen if you're looking for flavors other than the broths on the menu. The Gyoza (fried dumplings) and Tonkatsu (fried pork cutlet) are great appetizers to start with. Appetizers are included in the all-you-can eat price. For two adults and one beer, $61 is well worth it. Next time we will have an appetite for sushi.

The meats here are extremely thinly sliced and that’s perfect for shabu shabu. They cook almost instantly and are delicious. Service was pretty good and quick to start, but deteriorated by the end of my meal when the restaurant got a lot busier. The pot is a little small, so that made cooking things a bit more difficult, I wish it was larger. There is also a variety of sauces available at the sauce bar, although unexpectedly even the sesame sauce was sweet. I did end up liking the sweet sesame sauce and the sweet and spicy sauce the most. They also have a wall of different ramen packs that you can cook, but I opted against doing so and stuck with the meat and some items from the self serve area. There were most of the standard items you’d expect in the self serve area, although there weren’t as extensive tofu options as I would’ve hoped, and notably missing was quail eggs with regular eggs available instead.

It was quiet when we walked in. Nobody was in this place. We thought it was closed. The food was good. Not everything is made in-house. But friendly staff. The Milk Teas are delicious. From the Passionfruit to the Chai Tea. The potstickers are great. Dim Sum is good. Overall, it was a decent place to eat.

Dan Dan noodles 5/5 Pork sui mai dim sum 4/5 Shrimp ha cao dumpling dim sum 5/5 Steam soup buns 4/5 Egg custard bun 3/5 Egg rolls 4/5 Overall everything we got had great flavor and spices. Took points off soup dumplings since they weren’t as soupy and egg custard needed more filling. But Dan Dan noodles were very good and majority of the dim sum we ordered was tasty too. Everything tasted fresh and very authentic! Love the condiments at the table. Service was good. Cute neighborhood location. Will definitely come back!
