The staff was very friendly. The food was served in about the same portions as Panda Express but is better priced. The food was excellent. I'm glad to finally have a good Chinese restaurant to go eat at that isn't going to break the bank! I will be returning!

The food here is really really good. It's some of the best honey walnut shrimp that I've ever had. The mushroom chicken was also exceptionally flavorful. The chairs are not super comfortable but the food is so good it's worth going back.

This place has great Chinese food! I’ve been a few times now and have enjoyed it every time. They give you complimentary wonton chips with sweet and sour dipping sauce. They have reasonably priced lunch specials that come with a soup, an egg roll and either steamed or fried rice. My favorite is the sesame chicken. I have also tried the cashew chicken and the general Tso’s chicken and those are both good too.

My first experience at a hot pot place. The pork bone broth was delicious and the selection to cook in the pot was extensive. The steamed dumplings and edamame were also delicious sides. If you're in the area you should definitely check this place out. Do not let the dated sign and decor let you pass this place by. Very clean establishment.

you know when captain america goes in the protein capsule and comes out absolutely shredded? … may i introduce the meat capsule of your dreams: four seasons hot pot. the sheer quantity of meat my friends and I consumed (for the insanely reasonable price of 19.95 a person) would leave a victorian child in a state of complete organ failure. come to this place. eat your body weight in beef. become a hollywood meatsack ala chris evans. (The bathrooms are at very clean as well and the employees are nice)

Came in tonight for the first time, it was some of the best Chinese food I’ve had in Utah, it was amazing. I would recommend their chicken lo mein, and orange chicken. Beef and broccoli was also super good! Our server was also super nice! Wish we would’ve tried sooner.

Lowkey Chinese restaurant with great prices and quick service. I had the orange chicken and it’s probably the best orange chicken I’ve ever had. The chicken is surprisingly crispy and the sauce has a hint of spice that’s perfectly balanced.

Very disappointed because Panda Express is a staple in our family. Got one plate of chow mein and two sides of orange chicken for our family. It was $30 which is a lot in my opinion. The Chowmein was dry almost tasted old like it was sitting for a long time. And the orange chicken was over cooked. This is the worst experience I’ve had with fast food. I don’t complain much. But when we tried asking for a refund as we didn’t eat it, they said no. Super disappointed and dissatisfied.

Beware, customer service sucks incredibly bad. With four visible employees in the store, you would think that would be enough, not here. They weren't even busy and three of them walked right next to me and yet zero of them acknowledge that I even existed. I waited, standing at the counter, for almost 5 minutes fully unacknowledged before I just left. They don't deserve my money if they can't even acknowledge my presence when I have given them plenty of time and opportunity. Maybe they're just not good at their job, because one guy helped a couple get one thing the whole entire time and still wasn't done. The other guy was too busy flirting with a girl in line to pick up her delivery order or something. The girl there just walked around the dining room and swept, not talking to anyone, and not even looking up and smiling at people. I thought for a minute the cook would say something to me when he walked to look at the food real quick that I was standing right next to, but no. I opened my mouth about to say something right when he turned on his heel and turned away to continue working. He didn't even look up at me. It's sad if this is how service workers treat customers. I love to tip and I love to be respectful, but this was terrible. One of the worst Pandas I've ever been to.

Man this place is not what it used to be anymore. I ordered two special house fried rice and teriyaki chicken and first of all the special fried house rice was basically all rice with way too much soy sauce a little bit of beef and chicken and no shrimp, egg or veggies at all, I called to ask about this and they told me to check in the very bottom and then told me there should only be 3 shrimp total, wtf! The teriyaki chicken was hard and over cooked! Seriously get better cooks and don’t be so stingy with your dishes

Driving home thought I’d try the lemon chicken. After putting the most disgusting chicken in my mouth i sat staring at what was on my plate. Made the mistake of trying the chicken again. Every piece was disgusting. I was upset and hungry so I took all the chicken off and thought I’ll make do with rice and sauce. But it had a sewage smell to it and that’s when I threw up. I’ve never thrown Chinese away before. This was an experience!

Our food was just above cold. It was stale, hard and chewy. My son had to spit it out as it was like eating rubber. I had to throw it all away as it was inedible and for fear it could cause food poisoning.

Derek was so so helpful and kind!!!! Someone give this guy a raise, he helped me to make such a good choice and I was very happy with my order
