Wow, definitely not like how I remembered. Used to be a go-to spot for quick but good Chinese, now anything but. While the ribs were good, the rice had zero love. Nostalgia is definitely not always a good thing.

I haven’t been to this place in a while was craving lo mein. Got the combination plate. Shrimp wasn’t even cooked all the way. Tasted raw and still had the dirty veins in the shrimp. Also, they forgot to give me my egg roll. There’s not even a phone number on the receipt to complain too. I do not recommend this place had to throw away my plate.

Allison the clerk was very professional and answered all of our questions. She was very helpful. The food was 10/10 no complaints. The tea was 10/10. Very clean despite being very busy. Allison was working thr register and walking around helping everyone. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Will definitely be coming back.

My last review was 5 years ago so here's a better one. I went in w my son a few days ago and the place smelled good and was clean. The employees were on task not all loud and rude or on their phones. The cashier woman was nice and took my order correctly. Usually when I would get beef and broccoli the meat would feel tough still. Well this time I ordered Mongolian beef with chicken. OHHH MY GOODNESS!!!! IT WAS PERFECT 😊. The meat was soft and juicy. The cook did an amazing job. Everything was fresh and the egg drop soup was delicious also. I was so happy 😊 and my son also. Crab rangoon was also good. I'm 8 months pregnant and this dish was so good. Thanks 👍🏽 There's now a 10% off your order when you use the automated system.

At Niki's we're made to feel like family. Great customer service, the food is amazingly flavorful. We enjoyed the Callaghan plate today, and their chips and salsa. We highly recommend this establishment.

Wonderful service every time we go. Great cheese enchiladas and rice, homemade chips and salsa, and delicious sweet tea are the reasons we keep going back!

So it’s 355 and my food is wrong I ordered a plate and somehow ended up with the wrong food. The little cup for the bigger plate wasted in the bottom of the bag from juice I ordered I’m pissed there no receipt in the bag for the phone number and the number I do have doesn’t work I will be coming back up there for my actual food because this is un edible for me they guy who served me did wonderful but the girl who checked me out just did whatever and pressed whatever and now I’m at work with the wrong food this is ridiculous it’s all spicy

Why is the to-go box a certain size? If your just going to use three quarters of the box just make it smaller to make us think we are getting more. I used to come here every week as a treat. Then every couple of weeks. Now maybe twice a year. Remind me why I don't come here. Just a little bit more would make customers happy.
