Little Hunan
This is a small family-owned Chinese restaurant. Overall, the restaurant is definitely older and not fancy, but the food is solid. They have great portions and flavors. Not overly salty or flooded with sauce. We get the sizzling rice soup and sautéed fish every time we come. Cleanliness can be a bit questionable at times, but we just ask for silverware or plates to be replaced, and they do it promptly without hesitation. Definitely will return.
Little Hunan is a hidden gem in the neighborhood. My wife found it as she went to deliver a package to a pail office next to the restaurant, and we decided to try it (after checking that it had a good rating on Google, of course). We loved the food and service. The place wasn’t busy, but we went at around 3 p.m. on a Saturday. My favorite dish was the beef with mushrooms—it was delicious! We’re adding it to our rotation.
TKS Chinese Cuisine
Small selection of made-to-order dim sum dishes and a full menu. The dim-sum was not anything special. The rice rolls with shrimp did not taste right, shrimp although big was quite fishy. Most of the other dishes were under-seasoned.
Good dim sum. I especially liked the stir-fried beef noodles. Friendly service, reasonably priced menu. Would definitely go back.
