Bamboo Bistro Pflugerville
We came on a Saturday, pretty close to opening. The parking was not too bad but can get packed with Chipotle and Raising Canes in the same parking lot. Tip for parking, park in back, if needed. Inside has a great layout to space everyone out perfectly, in the smaller space. For the food, it's order and pay at the counter, and then you go get your drink (fountain) and sit and wait. The menu consists of a variety of noodles, rice, and soup dishes from various parts of Asia. We got beef and broccoli and kung pao to the test general Chinese food. The portions were very generous, veggies used were crisp and fresh, and everything tasted great. The kung pao was not spicy but great flavor. The m eat used in beef in broccoli was tender and non chewy. The server was extremely kind and friendly. We would definitely return to try more of the dishes.
I never write reviews but I felt the need to for here. The service was amazing, we were nicely checked on and greeted by the staff and were treated great. The food was yummy though the edamame was pretty salty. The atmosphere was calm other than the entry door closing a little aggressively as people went through. Overall it was great!
