Panda Express
First time here in Penitas. It was good. We ordered numerous plates. And all of them were fresh and delicious. It was warm inside, but once we told them it was hot in the building, they turned on the AC and it was a Great experience. We will definitely be coming back. Great Job Panda Express in Penitas Tx!
3-9-25 Wife and I have now eaten here twice in the last two weeks. First last weeks experience: I got a bowl with Kung Poa Chicken and fried rice. The chicken was good and very spicy, which I was warned about. No complaints at all. Wife had a bowl with String Bean Chicken and fried rice, also very good. She asked for sweet and sour sauce and was given two packets. She said it was good, just not enough of it to cover the rice. The only real complaint was on the drink. We filled up with "sweet tea" that had no sugar in it. Dumped it in favor of Sprite, which was pure soda water. Other than that we enjoyed our visit enough to return. Today we again both got bowls. Wife got the same thing but asked for extra sauce packets and received them. I ordered Firecracker Shrimp, based on the signage positioned above the food. When he started dipping from a different spot, that also had steak in it, I stopped him and said I wanted the shrimp and pointed to the dish beneath the sign. He never told me it was Walnut Shrimp, only said the other was the Firecracker. I said ok, and asked for shrimp only, no steak. He sat the bowl aside, got another bowl and began dipping rice again, then put Walnut Shrimp in the bowl. I never knew what I got until I sat down to eat and looked at the ticket. How did he know I wasnt allergic to nuts? Again, I was never told what he was giving me, the signage was in the wrong place above the dishes on the line, and the person that cashed us out did not say what he was charging us for. On the bright side, they did sweeten the tea today
