The atmosphere is unimpressive. It is less of a restaurant and more of a fast food joint. It seemed that most of the food was in warming trays behind the counter though they do prepare some things to order. I got a fried rice combo which was pretty good and reasonably priced. I will go back for the convenience.

This family restaurant is great!

this is my absolute f a a a a v o r i t e chinese restaurant that exists in all of killeen, my family and i have been coming here for years (my mom worked here in her teens), and the food never disappoints. We probably have a couple of family photos hung up on the walls around the place (: portions of the food are great too, the lunch portions are just enough.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I grew up eating here and hadn’t been in YEARS, so I decided to stop by tonight after a long day for something nostalgic. I went inside, ordered my food to go and sat down to wait. I ordered the chicken fried rice, that’s it. I’m in there all of 5 minutes and the lady comes out of the back with a bag and head nods me to the counter. Shocked that my order was out so soon, I got up, go to the counter and asked for my condiments (duck sauce) and leave. Get home and open my food and the first thing I noticed was no green onions!! And no eggs. This plate is nothing but steamed brown rice with chicken and carrots in gravy. Nothing fried or flavored about it. HIGHLY disappointed. The quality is not what I expected and I am thoroughly upset. It’s edible, hence the 2 star rating but not good. Won’t be doing this again.

Its better than eating out of a vending machine. But its pretty much a step down from Panda at a premium price. Bland general tsoa chicken, fried rice and iced tea for $20.

Amazing food. The general tso and spicy pork rice was sooo delicious definitely coming back. Service was A1 good 😊

I went to order my food from sansei japan about an hr before closing and went next to the Chinese Gourmet express ( same and connected to one another), asked for 2 fresh spring rolls because the one that was left looked dried out and as if it has been sitting there for a while. The representative or line cook (Maria) said no without hesitation after I explained that I would like to purchase fresh spring rolls and the reason why, when there was an hr left and I was not going to pay for old spring rolls. That is NOT customer service quality and rudeness at its best. The other employee mentioned that the deep fryer was cleaned out and no grease something of some sort. The last customer (if) or all customers for that matter, should be treated the same as the first customer! This is unacceptable and maybe Maria should re-trained on customer service, food service and the quality of the product. On the contrary Sansei Japan provided excellent service and excellent quality of the food! Please address this immediately I am almost positive that Maria’s behavior as such may be more common than not. Thank your time!

My first and last time eating here. My Orange Chicken was as hard as Crackling, Zucchini was soggy soggy soggy and I’ve never had fried rice the same orange color as my noodles.

Last night we placed and order for fried house rice, triple delight, beef and broccoli, and general so chicken. All was amazingly fresh and full of flavor!! First time here would definitely come back. The service was friendly and full of smiles. So far the best Chinese food in town.

12.13- came back & our server Brie was sooo nice, attentive, & fast. Food was real 🔥 & 😋. Clean, nice, decorated place. Food fresh, hot, & huge portions. Service, ackward.

The lady there was very friendly and helpful, but other than that. The food was horrible. The low mein has no flavor but the meat tasted old and it was just inedible. Got fried donuts and they tasted like dirty old grease and were over cooked and filled with grease. I didn't bother trying the egg rolls I got.... That night I threw up and was sick all the next day. That was all I had so I'm pretty sure they have me food poisoning. Awful, will never eat anything from them again.

Worst $21 I spend. The fried rice didn't even have the veggies. The wings didn't had seasonings. The egg roll fell apart too crispy dough was old. The orange chicken was chewy. It seems that every was old and not enough seasonings. Never again buy in there.

I stopped by for a take out, chow mein was one of the side I choose, I asked the restaurant helper Bianca if they’re going make more since the remaining chow mein was maybe just a scoop left and has a lot of grease. I asked Bianca if I could get the newer that is about to placed, she told me that she will try her best. As she was filling my ToGo plate, she stuff the greasy left over from the container and push it into my ToGo plate. Everyone has the rights to choose especially if you pay for it! Not everyone can handle the greasy chow mein.

I’ve been going to Panda Express regularly for over a decade. When they get skimpy on the food I don’t make a scene, I’ll just order extra sides or entrees if the main plates look super light. This takes the cake though. Paying for extra sides and they don’t even fill them up. I’ll be taking a nice long break.

THE FOOD WAS SO GOOD!! When I got my food my mouth began to salivate at the delicious aroma the bag was admitting, but as my mother as a no eating rule in the car I was forced to let my saliva pool into my mouth and let my stomach grumble. When I finally got home a went straight to the dining room and tore away the plastic bag that was concealing the container that held my meal, when I took the first bite tears of joy began to pour from my eyes. This food makes me want to drop out of high school to peruse my job full time so I have the means to eat it every day. 10/5 ⭐️

Theyre still not letting people dine in. Covid is over. That's ridiculous. Anyways, I did an order pick up. I got lemon chicken. The chicken was DRY AND OLD. super dark and not edible. I threw it out. I didn't want to get sick. The chicken wings were good. The egg drop soup was good. The rice was good. My son got fries and they put ketchup in a little coke baggie. I've never seen any restaurant do ketchup that way😅 my husband got egg foo young. He said it was okay. My chicken was unacceptable and not edible. And for $47 it should have been better. We probably wouldn't order again :(

Absolutely no, maybe back in the day this was probably one of best Chinese food spots in town (maybe)-but I understand why this location is still open-it’s in a poverty stricken area and poor people don’t know about quality food because they live in poor neighborhoods, I know what I’m eating when I go to Panda Express prepackaged bagged food, this is what this place is serving microwave orange chicken out of a bag from Costco’s, just stop selling rice 🍚 and replace it with Fries. I wish I could give this place a -9⭐️ 🐀 rating.

The absolute worst chinese food I have ever eaten. The fried rice had no seasoning; I barely saw one remnant of an egg in the entire box of rice. The General Tso chicken was watery and nasty. It tasted like soggy microwaved boneless nuggets. Couldn't stomach finishing it. I had to throw it out.
