I can't recommend this place enough—hands down the best dining experience I've had in Katy! Our group ordered 5-6 different dishes, including a few appetizers, and every single one exceeded expectations. The flavors were fantastic, and the presentation was spot-on. What really set this place apart, though, was the atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The highlight of the night was getting to see Uncle Chin himself perform a few songs, and he even invited our group to join in for some karaoke fun! It was such a personal, interactive experience that made the evening even more memorable. I’ll definitely be back with more friends and family. Everything about this place is great! Uncle Chin is so nice! When he's not busy, he greets guests and even sings us a song. He's got a great voice, but his food is even better. We've tried many, and all are delicious!
