Wendy's
Stopped by for a quick bite ahead of a flight, partly for nostalgia purposes. Rather serves me right for a self-indulgence as all in all, a bit disappointing. Burger meat was a highlight, though, hot and juicy. While not having any large fries cups was worthy of mentioning to me (perhaps only because I tried to order a medium!), the lack of lettuce (see picture) apparently wasn’t. Moreover, the fries in the large cup I had to pay extra for instead wouldn’t have troubled the capacity of a medium (see picture, again), and were too cold to be worth eating. “Oh, but you could have complained” I hear the defence proclaiming - I agree in principle, and perhaps the situation would have improved, but I was in an airport… for a quick bite… before a flight. In that moment, one needs delivery of reasonable standards (I ask no more!), not an invitation to take more time correcting shortcomings. Might have been bad luck on the day, but a sad misfortune it felt.
Nice restaurant, right by the Air plane view. Not busy at all in the morning. And the food was nice and hot.
Kung Food II
In town, due to a flight layover and I decided to give this place a try. My chicken was crispy and cooked well. Hard to give more stars based solely on what I ordered, but again my appetizers were good.
Beef n broccoli, shrimp n broccoli were both freshly made by order & so delicious!!! I love its owner family so much♡
Panda Express
We thought it was good and reasonable. Lovely staff, prompt service.
"Great experience at Panda Express in Houston! As an Indian, I loved the fried rice and chicken—flavorful and well-cooked. Fast service and clean space. Highly recommend!"
Panda Express
Taking 1* back because the food wasn’t hot. But overall, it was a good and filling meal.
Mediocre experience. Late evening. Long lines. They were out of more things than they had available. Food definitely wasn’t fresh. I get that it’s the end of the day and they try to predict what will be needed to fill orders that may come, but come one you have to have fresh food and you have to have more items available than not. The employees don’t seem to be very patient with all the questions about what menu items are available or will be available. Again, this could be remedied by having most items available. The almond chicken had a great flavor.
Poppy’s Bagels / Little Purse
We ordered ramen and chicken buffalo spring rolls. The chicken inside of the spring rolls was uncooked. Had the texture of salmon sashimi. I’m so grossed out. My kid ate a whole roll before I tried it and noticed the raw chicken. Praying we can make it home without getting sick.
Great atmosphere, okay food, sky high prices, but surprisingly bad service. Expect to spend at least $50/ person, and only see a server to drop off food. You'll set your own table and get your own water.
Pick Up Stix
Avoid the food from here! I ordered noodles, orange chicken, beef with broccoli. Everything is extremely salty. I had to drink a lot of water while eating the food. And I had diarrhea after eating this disgusting food🫠 I’d rather have Wendy’s from next door next time😐
Please avoid. The food was disgusting. The flavor profile was salty and nothing else. I ordered two different chicken entrees and I could barely tell the difference. All I could taste was salt. The noodlees were gross too only slightly less salty. I got to my destination swollen even though I only ate half because I was starving. Chains like this are making us sick.
