New to the neighborhood, started exploring cause my new job is 5 min from here. Locally owned and operated, and I could taste the love 🀣. Had the turkey leg (more like velociraptor leg, in size, not texture, not that I would know πŸ˜‹). Finger tender, sry not sry, would say fork tender, but I didn’t use one. The place has such a family vibe, that I just dug in, all πŸ™Œ. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

Well, it took 3 attempts (different days) to actually receive this order for 11:45 a.m. & 12:00 p.m. D&L canceled three (3) times because the TOGO order was still cooking. Door Dash could not wait, so they canceled the delivery. I enjoy the Turkey Wings. They are always tender and seasoned. The gravy was delicious, and the cornbread was a winner. I will still order. This is two (2) meals for me. I will bet it weighs 3+ lbs. Delivered piping hot!

Great customer service from the entire staff. Food is very tasty and seasoned very well. Food was so good, I thought my granny was in the kitchen cooking. First time here but we most definitely will be back.

If you haven't ever eaten here I'm gonna need you to get in your car and go there like ASAP. They have hot food , soul food ,mexa Cali, Chinese, hood food delicious and hot . Right now you can use your food stamp card to buy the hot food only for a limited time. They have some delicious food that will make your taste buds fall in love . I can't wait to go back . They are so nice inside too . The cashier ladies are so sweet and friendly. They make you feel so welcomed and appreciated. I love this store and the food is so so good. I know you will love it too. They have chicken heart skewers! I love those. The stinky tofu is very stinky and not as spicy or sour as i would like (I think maybe I like the stinky tofu at moon tea better but I'm not sure). I also like the skewer pricing which is around $4-$9. I liked the beef noodle soup too, it had these delicious meaty bits in it (maybe intestines). Second time visiting - I have more notes. The roasted sausage skewers are not cut as nicely as their menu picture suggests and I would not order it again. It just feels like a boring microwave sausage. The roasted pork belly skewer is a 10 outta 10. Lots of seasoning. The meat and fat mix is a great balance of salty, chewy and soft. The grilled eggplant - it's a small dish kind of flat but very pretty, well seasoned, yummy, and an explosion of garlic. Prepare your tums.

The lamb skewers here are good, remind me of the ones in China. Super flavorful and cooked just right. I also tried the Jinan pork casserole and the Nanchang rice noodles, and both were solid. The portions are decent, and the prices are pretty fair too. Definitely will come back again

Rice rolls had thin rice wrappers, which were nice but they were not "smooth" in texture so I did not enjoy them as much as I could've. But the shrimp was juicy, and the donut was crispy and the sauce for the rice roll was nice. Siumai was good but a small portion. (4 bite pieces for $6.) We got the black chicken and pork soup as it seemed healthy but did not feel like it was worth ordering again. The chicken feet were yummy but I didn't know why they cut the feet in half. We also got the daikon cake with XO sauce, it is a bit spicy but I like that they pan fried it so it is crispy. My favorite item was the milk pudding. We did not try any porridge. I would not mind coming back here for more rice rolls and milk pudding if we are in the area.

Ordered: Porridge (beef) Chinese donut Turnip Cake More than satisfied my porridge craving and the portions are big and decent for the price. Would order all three again. Place is clean and ordering is convenient through the QR code system. Came here right at opening so the place was mostly empty and food came out fairly fast.

We stopped by x Cuisine for a taste of authentic Sichuan food, and it did not disappoint. The mapo doufu was rich, silky, and packed with that signature mala heat, while the spicy fried chicken was crispy, bold, and addictive with just the right kick of chili and Sichuan peppercorns. The flavors are intense but well-balanced - perfect for spice lovers. If you're craving something bold and true to Sichuan roots, J Cuisine is definitely worth a visit.

Authentic Sichuan food! Love it so much! Must try! Mapo Tofu is the best!

DO NOT eat here!!! I ordered a 10 piece chicken meal from here and the chicken was not good at all, the visual of the chicken should have been a warning when it looked to big and did not look right. But it tasted old as if they refried it over again. Went back to get a refund and the lady had a nasty attitude. Literally the next day my little brother is sick with food poisoning. What ever they are serving here it is not safe for people to be eating, all you have to do is walk in there and smell their restaurant and that should tell you enough. It’s unsanitary up In there and they are feeding people nasty stuff.

Got a rib plate and fish plate. Ribs were like trying to chew wire, looked good but were as hard as a rock. The fish had no taste at all. I wondered if it was prop food good to look at but just don't try to eat it.πŸ‘Ž

I recently needed to celebrate birthday and miss Peking duck so I decided to come here. I felt imperial treasure is way overpriced and Beijing Duck House is closed on Tuesday so I came here. But honestly I'm pleasantly surprised at how delicious some of the food has become. Maybe they improved their cooking but I decided to give them 4 stars instead of the typical 3 I would have given for food before. The missing one star has a lot to do with how long it took for us to get our food. Maybe it's because they were busy but we wait over an hour for our food including the duck that we pre-ordered. Otherwise I think their duck is really good deal because they gives you a lot of sauce and the wraps so you don't necessarily have to order extra wraps like other places do. The other dishes are not bad either especially the boiling fish because it's really delicious. Even the cauliflower was well made. I think this place definitely deserves coming back more often because the quility of cooking went up. The service can be slow because they are so busy and I like the availability of those semi private spaces.

Called the night before to reserve a Peking duck. It was very well made. After the meat is sliced off you can ask them to make the leftover meat and bones into a seasoned dish or soup. I think the seasoned dish is good but ok to skip. I would like to try the soup next time.

The waitress are nice. The beef gravy noodle and hk milk tea are good. The wonton is only ok. Kind of dry and dense. They have a promo now each $10 spent will have a token for the crawl machine. But it’s hard to get anything.

Ordered uber eats and literally got a half order of food for the fried rice order. Also ordered the pork porridge and it was lacking flavor which likely means the porridge was cooked not with a broth as the base.

My family wanted to try this place since we missed eating here when it was still Cooking Papa. The atmosphere was a typical Chinese restaurant with large tables of families enjoying dinner. We ordered the BBQ Delicacy Platter (2 choices of meat, we chose roasted duck and roasted pork belly), fried rice w/ diced chicken & salted fish, house special pan fried noodle, and assorted braised vegetables (not pictured since it was brought out to our table super late). They also served us red bean dessert soup to wrap up our meal. The portions were large and everything was flavorful. However, the fried rice was a little greasy and the roasted duck did not have much meat on it. The service was very straightforward and attentive. The only reason I docked one star is because they forgot one of our dishes and did not bring it out until we were already eating the red bean dessert. I understand it was an honest mistake but it did take us several tries with multiple servers to remind them that we were still missing a dish. Overall, it is not my first choice for authentic Chinese food but I am open to returning someday so I can try some of their other specials.

Went to Cooking Cooking again today for lunch with a friend and ordered a few dishes. The portions are generous and the service is excellent. As for the taste of the dishes, I would say that they are quite delicious but not particularly memorable.
