Under new management! It’s recently reopen with brand new menu. Nice atmosphere and kids friendly. They have the most authentic Taiwanese beef noodle soup in the area. Tried their today’s specials spicy won ton in hot oil and they are delicious! If you like spicy food, you need to try them all out! My kids love won ton soup as well. I’m glad we have something in the area that tastes like home to me.

The menu offers a fantastic selection of authentic Taiwanese dishes, each bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The staff was attentive and friendly, making great recommendations and ensuring everything was perfect. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their food. Whether you’re craving a quick bite or a hearty feast, Hunan Palace is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back soon! Highly recommend!

I wanted to like this place because finally there’s a new chinese restaurant in the area! AND RAMEN!!! But wait.. chinese ramen? Yup. Big mistake. Just stick to chinese food. The ramen broth did not have a lot of flavor. Bland. The service was so bad. It was our first time going there, the lady did not even say hi hello nothing! We were standing and she then said “oh there’s the menu” we didn’t even know it was a “to-go” only place. They do have some tables (2 to be specific) to eat but uncomfortable. Didn’t offer any drinks at all, no chopsticks; no napkin, I had to get it myself. The only utensil they provide is a spork. How am I supposed to eat my ramen soup with that lol. A cook or owner came out after a couple minutes while we were eating our food and asked if the food was good. It was O-K. I’ve had better ramen in my life. I was ready to give it another go with their chinese food but this experience made me not want to waste anymore money and time. If you want a slightly better ramen experience, go to Naruto Ramen. At least they have more flavor (hate that it’s also to-go order only) BUT IF YOU WANT A BETTER RAMEN flavor wise and experience, go to Bell Tokyo! I’m not coming back. There are far better chinese food in downtown killeen.

Heeeeyyyy... So let me tell you this!! At first glance this ramen place doesn't look like much... it's small and definitely quaint... but the food!! The Ramen!!! It was the perfect light meal!! It tasted so good!! Because it was so simple. That's what set it apart from other ramen places. Mmmm... 👌😋

As soon as I drove up to the drive thru a young lady she look Mexican answers asking if I want a bowl or plate with a attitude I told her that I was picking up a order and she told us that we have to wait so we waited for 30 min and drove back up their when we got a message that our food was readfyand she had a attitude while giving us our food. they messed up our order and barley gave any beef and broccoli and food and forgot a food do not recommend coming here and we’re also standing around talking

The service here today was fantastic with very fresh hot food. Our server was very friendly and made you feel like she wanted you at the store. It's very odd these days to find people in customer service actually appreciate your business. It was great taking and enjoyable.
