Mei Mei China Restaurant
First time here due to the reviews. Looks to be like a mom and pop establishment. Food fresh to order. The employee did come across as a little rude, but she did seem busy.
Gold mine! Just moved to the area. Read several reviews and decided to gamble on the mei mei family special (thought this was such a great bundle). The egg drop soup was delicious! Pearl Thai tea is the best I’ve ever had…wish the cup was bigger. My husband was thrilled about how his combo fried rice tasted and couldn’t stop eating my beef dish! We will definitely be back. Clean, friendly and fresh!
LJ Kitchen
Authentic Northern Chinese breakfast. Crepe is the same as the one I had in TianJin where Chinese Crepe originally comes from. Tofu brain has sesame paste and garlic sauce, which are the highlight. Bun’s skin is fluffy, and the filling is tasty.
Friendly service inside the Legacy Food Court. Authentic Northern Chinese cuisine. The soy milk is house made. It is available hot or cold sweet or savory or original. The chive pan fried bun is delicious. The beef burrito is great too. The pork and shrimp steamed buns are great breakfast items. And the kids love the grilled chicken lo mein.
Little Sichuan Cuisine
Having spent over a month in mainland China, I was able to try many different restaurants, from modest to fancy. The cuisine is generally not suited for vegetarians. Having said that, Little Sichuan in Plano is among the best. The food is ultra flavorful and the owner and staff always accommodate special requests. Been eating here with friends and family for over a decade. They will not disappoint!
Pretty good Sichuan restaurants in Plano. Nothing was really great or excellent, but nothing was bad either. It's a reliable place to get some spicy Sichuan food. As this is a Sichuan restaurants I would potentially caution against typical Cantonese Chinese food I generally recommend trying String/Green Beans and Spicy Fish Fillet at Sichuan restaurants as they are staples. Here they were just fine. The Sauteed String Bean wasn't as crunchy or flavorful as it could be but it was still fine. The Fish Fillets weren't fresh fish but you typically only find fresh fish at top tier Sichuan restaurants, and it still tasted good We also had some spicy chicken that was fine. The service was good and our table was clean.
Sichuan Folk
Overall great experience, the food was excellent and everything was to par. In my opinion, the service is definitely more modern when it comes to ordering, as it is done online, so bring your phone if you need to order on the menu. In terms of seating, we did sit at a Lifetime round table, so there definitely can be room for improvement in the environment. In regards to the service, they were decent on the time from when we ordered to when the food came out.
We have to order by scanning a QR code at our table. After the order is placed, the host will double check our order. There was no clear indication if the order came with rice, so we ordered two bowls of rice and ended up with a large container of rice. Having to pay for rice was always a deterrent for me. The food was good though. I just prefer ordering with paper menu and talking to someone. We did see some people bring drinks, so it looks like it is byob.
369 Chinese BBQ
Decent Chinese restaurant. We got Black Pepper Beef which was good. The Sauteed string beans had nice flavor but were really soft instead of crunchy. The BBQ pork we had was definitely old and dry which was disappointing. I would be willing to come back though and potentially get fresher bbq meats. The waiter was one of the nicest and most attentive I've ever had.
Ordered Mongolian beef, general tsao chicken, fried rice, egg rolls, and egg drop soup to go. Everything was exceptionally good. Kudos. Very solid chinese food spot in the area. We typically go to mahjong but they have been letting us down as of late so wanted to try a new place. Definitely will be coming here again.
Zhang's Kitchen
The food was delicious, I recommend sharing different dishes so you can try many things. Everything we ordered had great flavor. The atmosphere is pleasant and the waiters are very kind. #conypig
Zhang’s has stepped up their game from a few years ago. What was once a place to go for Dim Sum is now serving delicious and authentic Chinese dishes. They have a large menu and the last few times we’ve gone we ordered different things and we really liked every single entree. Their service is phenomenal and they’re really helpful in putting together a versatile menu.
Rice Pot Frisco Legacy
Rice Pot in Frisco (Legacy location) may be a small space, but it’s clean, welcoming, and consistent. The service is always attentive, which makes the dining experience feel personal and appreciated. I tried the orange chicken and the sesame chicken, both were flavorful and satisfying in their own unique way. The orange chicken had a bright, citrusy glaze with a subtle kick and the perfect crisp. The sesame chicken was rich, savory, and balanced with just the right touch of sweetness. You can tell the flavors aren’t just thrown together, they’re crafted. It’s a great neighborhood spot when you're in the mood for comforting, well-seasoned food. The portions are generous, the prices fair, and the attention to detail really shines through. #HayiaSophiaFaves #RicePotFrisco #LegacyEats #SmallSpaceBigFlavor
Shrimp is FAT FAT Worth the price. Support small businesses like this!! My usual is shrimp fried rice, almost everywhere else I have gone they cheap out on the shrimp and I was pleasantly surprised that its done THE RIGHT WAY here. Shout out to the folks than run this place. Delicious!!

Very good prices! However, the biang biang mian wasn’t quite as garlicky and spicy as I hoped, so I had to add extra spice to it. The rou jia mou also wasn’t quite the tastiest I’ve ever tried. Would probably try another food in the food court next time. 🍜
OK experience Self service Noodle was great Pork belly was not tender. They could cook them longer. Soup was good.
JS Chen's DimSum & BBQ
First time in the Dallas metro area and I decided to come here cause I was craving dim sum. Coming from NYC Chinatown my standards are pretty high, let me tell you this place didn’t disappoint. I was worried about the current rating but they definitely deserve more credit. Everything came out quick as most Chinese food spots are and absolutely delicious. This place is a solid 8.4/10. Definitely try the roast duck.
If your up for some DimSum this is a great place to go. Food is delicious and the waitresses have always been nice to us whenever we go here. Services is fast as well and we always felt well taken cared of here.
