Loved everything about this place. Our food was delicious 😋, my husband said his steak was well seasoned & cooked to perfection. My salmon was tasty & everything that accompanied it was delicious. Our server was attentive & amazing, always checking to see if everything was to our liking. The drinks were great. They had happy hour until 5 pm & the margaritas were HUGE. We'll definitely be back.

This place is a whole vibe! Love the food , atmosphere , and Ana was an amazing waitress . The patio seating by the fireplace was phenomenal . We will come back soon .

Oh my God I have been coming here for about a year 1/2. They never fail, if you come during lunch hours less then 6 mins your food is on your table. The taste is so delicious and the price for the size of pho is on point. $13 for regular and $16 for jumbo. They also sale other dishes.

Went here for the 1st time today with my Boss & Co-worker. The atmosphere was very friendly and our server was very attentive to our food request. The food came out rather quick and the taste was on point. I had the Steak & Brisket Pho w/Beef Broth & a Thai Tea. The bowl size was perfect and I left with barely any room left in my belly. Definitely worth giving it a shot and will be coming back for some more for sure. Thank you!

I found an insect in my food and another man next to my table found a cockroach in the crawfish and the manager only told me that the insect had fallen from somewhere and that he couldn't do anything

Honestly I can't rave enough about this beautiful restaurant. Let's begin with the grand entrance, the beautiful staff and clean facility. The food is just the right price and it won't break you down. People are turned off by the neighborhood, but please don't hesitate to stop in and treat yourself and your family to an amazing experience. Stop by the gift shop.

Went here during lunch time and the restaurant was better than I would have thought for a Chinese Buffet. There was no waiting in line. The menu items had so much variety of food that I was surprised. Anything from traditional Orange Chicken with noodles and rice🍚 , to Mexican food like Chicken Quesadillas🌮 , to last but not least Italian food like Chicken Alfredo and Pizza🍕. The waiter was super attentive and kept my refills drink full and was polite. The restrooms were also clean as was the whole restaurant. I enjoyed my time here and can't wait to visit this location again for sure. It's around $17 with tax per person, which is worth it in my opinion with all the taste and delicious food this restaurant serves.

Very nostalgic place for me. The food is pretty much the same. Not over the top great but not too bad at all. Great customer service and the all food types stay full.

the food was pretty good, the seafood casserole was my absolute favorite! definitely recommend. the service was alright, ive been here a couple times and depending on who you get the experience is different. the place is quite dirty unfortunately, trash on the floors and flies buzzing around. its kinda nasty and unsanitary.. other than that though, things there are pretty decent.

The food was OK not great at all. And to top it off we were the lucky winners by finding hair wrapped around the crab leg. Will not be coming here again. Very disappointed it was even busy and it was dinner time. The person at the register very disrespectful and she was blaming the customers that someone had put the hair in the food. She was arguing with me because she says her chef will never do something like that. But yet we found a hair in our food which made us stop eating.

Food is great in my opinion only reason i am giving 3 stars is because the restrooms could use allot of attention. Men's restroom smells like the sewer system really bad. I don't think that is a good thing at all. Other than that food is great. Update 07/29/19 New owners place is allot cleaner. Food is better. But the biggest improvement IMO are the restrooms.

This place has decent food good service but the building itself has issues the men's restroom was terrible ,dirty a hole in drywall in front of stall, one toilet stall didn't have a lock really needs a major update ,the purple paint in the dining area is a little depressing ..

The portion sizes were disappointing-much smaller than what I've come to expect from Panda Express. On top of that, the service was incredibly slow, even though it wasn't particularly busy at the time. The food tasted fine, but the experience as a whole didn't meet the usual standards.

We arrived at 9:30 and we decided to wait for our orders and we got them at around 10. We didn't mind waiting and the service was very quick! The employees were kind, patient, and kept the environment clean and neat. Their positive vibes were also a bonus! Highly recommend this place to anyone!

They refilled my drink anytime it ran out. Dishes appeared washed and ready for reuse. Silverware also. Just be sure to wipe it with a damp napkin before use. I had 3 plates, took a little bit of everything, but missed the pizza! Ah, shucks! Maybe next time. The food was fresh and hot, though! 🔥 Party was lit!

I was very surprised! Everything is delicious and the place is nice and clean! Also the price is amazing! PLEASE: tip your servers, they are very friendly and helpful!

Spent over $40 to get dry fish and chicken, the hush puppies were burnt and the burger patties were dry, burnt and same for the bun. When I took the food back to complain the manager said it was our fault cause we "sat too long" Like I didn't realize a burger can burn by sitting too long at a table.

The manager needs to be FIRED! I stood 10 minutes to place an order! People walked out because it takes an average 10 minutes to get someone’s attention to order! She was rude to the EMPLOYEES and CUSTOMERS! She screamed at the employees repeatedly! She screamed at a customer because THEY had HIS order WRONG! I’ve been coming here for 2 years and this is the closest location to me. I love LJS food and menu but this location makes me want to keep going because of the HOSTILE environment (manager). When I see her, I leave! If the Owner/District manager, you should FIRE the manager! She needs to go! Shes making you loose money!

My first time coming here was on a week day. The place was empty only had one other customer. Some of the food was not that great. The agua frescas, mini pupusas and salsa de jitomate asado were good. I also had flautas that were hard and the chicken was dry. The green enchiladas would be better with more sauce on them. Certain foods are only available on weekends, which made about 1/3 of the buffet to be empty.

We were there mid-afternoon on a week day. There were few customers, it was dead slow in the restaurant. The staff were busy resupplying the selections, and most of them were fresh looking and tasty. No one item stood out as exceptional, good, or bad. I really enjoyed the lintel soup and was happy to find it as good as it was. Guacamole is one item that was not on the buffet; I was very surprised and disappointed by the lack of it. I hope that was due to the time of day and not a permanent omission

Absolutely the WORST PANDA EXPRESS I have ever had. I had to wait 10 minutes on the beef and broccoli, another 5 minutes on the walnut shrimp, which ended up being 12 minutes longer than the 5 minutes they told me. The lo mein was a 3 minute wait, and all that time I spent waiting on them to cook the food, the food was disgusting 🤢! Nothing was cooked long enough, everything was rushed. The employees never offered me a drink for the long wait or anything. Panda use to give big servings, now it’s the bare minimum. Although this establishment is very clean and big in the inside, the food which is why customers come, is horrible 👎🏽😐👎🏽! I paid $28 for two plates, that my family and I couldn’t even eat. No taste at all, not cooked well (needed to cook longer), and small portions. The Panda Express in River Oaks would never!
