New Skillman Wok
overall, it was a good experience. The service was good and friendly and attentive! However, the broccoli was a bit too hard, and the lo mein had little to no flavor. I actually had to use duck sauce just to add some taste to it. But the great service definitely made up for it
They're alright. Your typical Chinese food. I always would order them when staying across the street at the Best Western they did not charge a delivery fee since it was right there and they had good pricing on their food. However now they charge almost a $7 delivery fee on top of their food prices going up a fair amount. If I'm going to pay a delivery charge there are way better choices than this place. The no delivery fee was their one up on others now that's gone so hard pass. That's just ridiculous to go from 0 to 7 to deliver across the street well essentially deliever across a parking lot..
Rice Xpress
They have an order E13 which is shrimp with string beans but I specifically said E13 meal with mix vegetables and steamed white rice, all I got were green beans and onions. No mix vegetables and no shrimp. My order has never been wrong in the last 3yrs I’ve been to this place. I called them to let them know that they messed up my order and all I got was that I can go back and they can fix my order and just pay the difference. Makes no sense going back using up my gas for me to get the order I had originally ordered.
I had never been to a Chinese fast-food restaurant, but Rice Xpress was my first experience. I went on a Saturday night, they were pretty busy. There were two ladies in the front. The Asian lady was running around very busy but glanced at me a few times with a smile. I waited for her to address me, and when she did, I asked if I could substitute one thing with another. Her answer was no. Everything is as it comes. Okay, no problem. I decided on the Shrimp Pad Thai, Crab Ragoon, and Egg Drop Soup. My order was done within a matter of ten minutes. I looked it over, tipped, and left the establishment. The food was hot and good. The pad thai, which was well seasoned, had approximately seven shrimp. The Crab Rangoon was also good. I would go back 3/5. It's Chinese fast food, which was good and satisfying.
