M & M Dim Sum & HK BBQ Restaurant
Super chill place! Food was great!! Salt & pepper squid tentacles were crunchy & flavorful, love the jalapeños fried in to the mix! Chive dumplings - great flavor, a touch too pan fried Pork soup dumplings - delish! Great tasting and packed with meat & flavor Chef special dumplings - super tasty, a bit too crunchy on the outside Beef chow fun - very loose, needed a bit more flavor Scallion pancake - tasty! Chili oil was on point, dumpling sauce tasty with the vinegar & ginger
I absolutely love that they have mini portions of all their dumplings and appetizers. Best way to try multiple dishes. Their chef special shrimp and mushroom dumpling is just amazing. If you’re looking for something unique try their fried taro dumplings.
Cheng Du
It is a small place where food is good and may be the only factor why we visit here, , however the customer service is not up to the mark, may be that is the reason why many prefers take away. If you ask me about the cost , it is cost effective. If you can manage the service, this place is good as you get good food with great price.
As someone new to Chinese cuisine, I would recommend avoiding the Dong Dong noodles if you're unfamiliar with the flavors. However, the cumin lamb was quite good. The ambiance could use some improvement, but overall, it was an interesting experience. As useal fried rice is fentastic, veg roles are quite regular. Veg recommend: Lo mein veg
Hibachi of Downingtown
Tried this since it was near the hotel. Parking is aggravating, but the food was great. I had the AYCE sushi/sashimi and everything was super fresh and well prepared. Sushi chef and servers were very pleasant and attentive. Definitely will return when in town again.
I am visiting from out of town and needed a late night meal we got here at around 8:40PM and our food was treated the same as if we were here at lunch time! Nick was our chef and the food is amazing!! If you are from out of town and used to Kobe’s it is on par either them even slightly better I would say. In the events I visit again I will be eating here! For my rice people: I ordered the Shrimp Teriyaki, more rice instead of vegetables. I had the portions in the pic AND another extra bowl of rice! (Also note I ate some of my shrimp before I took this picture.) Overall: 10/10 loved everything about this experience!
Nalan Indian Cuisine - Downingtown
We had an enjoyable dinner. The restaurant offered a dedicated vegetarian appetizer and vegetarian entree menu. Modifying these menues to our dietary restrictions offered us several vegan options.
We recently visited this restaurant as a group of six and found the experience quite enjoyable. 🅿️ was hassle-free, thanks to the spacious parking lot. The restaurant wasn’t too crowded, so we quickly got a seat and started exploring the menu, beginning with soups and appetizers. We ordered the Chicken Pepper Soup, which was excellent, and a variety of chicken appetizers, including Chicken 65, Chicken Lollipop, Karam Podi Chicken, and Tawa Fish Fry. The Karam Podi Chicken was already spicy, but we opted for the spicier version, which turned out to be too hot for me, though the rest of the group loved it so much that we ordered another plate. For the main course, we tried Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Noodles, Boneless Chicken Biryani, Goat Curry, and Naan. The fried rice, noodles, and biryani portions were a litte more that it is easily enough for two people to share, so we had to pack some of it. The Goat Curry, however, was underwhelming, and the naan was just average. We ended the meal with desserts like Rasmalai Ice Cream and Mango Lassi, both of which were delightful. Overall, this felt like an Indian restaurant in the locality where most of the food items were delicious and the service was quick too. We also saw a robot carrying foods for the pick up orders as well. While the prices are slightly on the higher side, it felt worth it for the quality and experience.
China Express
Cheap, Chinese , all you could want and at a good price plenty of options to choose from would give it a 👍🏼
If you're looking for a generous portion of Chinese fast food at reasonable prices, China Express is the place for you. A respectable selection of options to choose from and fast, friendly service. Indoor seating is available, but most people get takeout. Enough food for two meals.
