Came across the fact I ordered 2 plates for my wife and I to eat and when I got home I noticed there was a portion of my food that was not served at all. I drove 15 minutes to get my food and it’s disappointing to get my order like this. Hope y’all can do something about this, I am a frequent costumer of the brand and hope y’all can help me. Ordered ahead of time and when I get to the restaurant I am told the shrimp I ordered wasn’t ready but would be ready in three minutes. I got asked to park infront of the doors and told that someone would bring it out to me. I sit waiting for almost 10-15 minutes and nothing. I went inside and it looked dirty ALSO saw that my order was already ready and must have been ready for a while since it was cold by the time I drove back to work which is 5 minutes away.
