I unfortunately had a bad experience with finding hair on my food. I order four plates and out of these four, three of them had hair in the food. I drove back and the manager Patricia who was in charge apologized and handled the issue professionally. I was also able to get a refund for everything.
This is my second time coming to this location and having to wait 20 plus minutes for food. Last time I came in there were literally no options of meat nothing looked fresh and everything looked picked over. Today, the same thing. I understand you all get busy however it's not fair for the customer who is looking for fast food to have to wait 20 plus minutes for their food. If I wanted to wait I would have went to a restaurant. No apology was offered or anything. The food did not look fresh and the and when i finally got home I realized the rice was hard .
