Olivia Martinez welcomed me and walked me through the menu. I ordered the Shanghai Noodles and Eight Steamed pork dumplings. Handmade noodles and dumplings are a work of love and art. Designed and seasoned to perfection. Every selection is an Epicurean delight. The restaurant is super clean and inviting. The order station and menu are easy to navigate. You can peer into the kitchen open window off the dining room. It’s easy to see why Guy Fieri recently featured Hello Dumpling on Diners,Drive-ins and Dives 2025 If you love this cuisine. You know the food good if you dive in before taking a photo. The atmosphere is fantastic, restaurant is clean, beef broth noodle was spectacular and flavorful, scallion pancakes was great and I don’t even like scallion pancakes if I could give more stars I would.
