So I went to another place that serves egg drop soup, it’s my favorite, and they were so expensive! It was down on beltline and another side street, anyways! I love Chinese, my whole family does and we looked for another place with more reasonable prices plus good food and we found Asian Star!! This place is clean, friendly, respectful and most of all and more importantly their food is top notch!!! And the prices are so amazing and affordable!!! Especially for us, who have to budget our money! It’s a great place and we will continue to dine here!!! This place is always our first choice!!! So thank you to all of the staff for always giving us top notch food and service!!! I highly recommend this place, for dine in, pick up and delivery!!! They’re amazing!!!!!

I’m from Chicago and this is the closest resemblance to Chicago-style-Chinese food. It’s sooooo Good! They are very nice here, good atmosphere, from what it looks like I believe this is a family owned business.

Delicious onigiri!! I had the tuna and it was great! The young man at the register was really nice and the food was prepared quickly.

It must have been an off day when I was there. My order of large karaage and 1 beef Onigiri took forever (35 mins). When I received my order the chicken was very inconsistent and not fully cooked. I came here because of social media, not sure if I’d come back.

I recently discovered this place about two months ago. The spicy chicken fried rice & fried chicken is what keeps me coming back for more. Mr. Wong uses the most perfect batter on his fried chicken I have ever tasted. Daily specials are offered here as well as hand-crafted Mexican waters.

I came 5 minutes before closing. rude move, but workers were kind and patient. Even directed me to restroom. This location is the best, always attentive and respectful. Rice is delicious and fresh every time. You will not regret eating here! 😊

Just ask for Craig and your experience and service will be every bit of 5 stars. I came here 6 months ago and he actually remembered my wife and I. The place was busy and Craig made us think we were the only table. Trust me: I know quality service!

October 23, 2024 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What an AMAZING experience at P.F. Chang’s! 😍🍜 We started with potstickers 🥟 and fried green beans 🥢🥬—OMG, they were out of this world! 🌎💥 My wife ordered the egg drop soup 🥣 and said it was “egg-cellent!” 😂🐣 I went for the hot and sour soup 🥵🍲, and WOW, it had the perfect kick! 🌶️⚡️ For the main course, I had the broccoli beef 🥦🐄, and it was savory and delicious! 🤤💯 My wife enjoyed the sesame chicken 🍗🍯, which was crispy and perfectly coated. Both of us went with white rice 🍚, which was fluffy and hit the spot! 🎯 The food came out fast, the portions were generous, and the service was spot-on 👌✨. We can’t wait to come back again soon! 🥢🎉 If you’re craving incredible Chinese food with excellent service, this is the place! 🏮🎊

We ordered the riblets and basil chicken stir fry. The riblets were dry and appeared deep fried and were not good and the basil chicken meet was also stiff and didn't taste very good. Surprised that this place has good reviews. Luckily my wife keeps Clorox wipes because no table was clean, not one. And when someone would leave the man at the front desk would pickup their plates and cups but leave the tables dirty. Not once did he clean any of them. I'm disappointed that I left a tip out certainly was not earned and the experience was disappointing having not eaten and was very hungry. Won't ever return and my advise is find another restaurant as there are so many good ones in the area. This is not one of them.

Have came here about 3 times and we love it! Food always comes out nice and hot and the variety of spicy levels is great. Drinks are minimal and canned but still good. Sticky Rice is very delicious and highly recommend their drunken noodles!

When we pulled in I was actually very nervous from the look of the outside of the place. But there was a line by the time we found a place to park. My husband and I visited with our son, his wife and baby. We got a platter that had the birria tacos and the phoritto. It was about $35 but it had wings, fries, 2 tacos and the phoritto. It was more than enough food for us. And it was sooooo good! We bought some chicken eggrolls and they were crispy and very tasty. The sauce was a hint of sweet and spice! Very good! We tried the churros - they were a little harder than I expected but they were very tasty nonetheless. We had enough food to take home and it will make lunch for one of us! Overall, I would definitely go back! (The place is small - I recommend going when they first open and maybe being there even before they open!)

Instagram foodies were not wrong. This place is worth a visit, delicious! I wasn't sure what to expect of Vietnamese Street food with a Mexican twist, but everything I tried was delicious. We got a sampler platter and the chicken skewer appetizer. We had plenty to eat and leftovers the next day. Short wait time on a Wednesday.

TL:DR pay in cash for discount and don't sleep on their hot and sour soup, cheung fun, or siu mai We came here for lunch on a Saturday and it wasn't too busy. We've been here previously and enjoyed the food. While the selection of dim sum isn't as vast as some other places, the dishes were fairly decent. We started with a large bowl of hot and sour soup, split between my wife and I. For $6, even if it was more, this is one of the best hot and sour soups I've had. Very generous portion where we managed to get 6 portions from the large bowl. We also ordered the spicy Sichuan wontons which were not so great. The wontons themselves were fine but the Sichuan sauce was lacking depth of flavor. For dim sum, the char siu buns were fairly standard. Decent and tasty, a little bready but good. The siu mai were seriously good. Nice and plump, a lot of filling, thin wrapper, and very tasty. Chicken feet were lacking a little. The sauce was thin and no depth of flavor. Their cheung fun were really good. It's definitely something we will order again. Simple dish with a nice texture to the wrapper. I enjoyed the tofu skin but my wife found it too chewy for her liking. We finished our meal with a lava egg bun which was very good as well. Wait staff were about as attentive as any other Chinese restaurant. I know some people prefer more attention, but we did not expect this. Lastly, pay in cash and you get a discount.

Best Peking Duck I’ve ever had. It tastes freshly made. We had other food too and everything was amazing. This is a place I’d recommend to my friends and family.

Should’ve left when upon entering I was hit with the strong smell of cleaning agents. Due to being in a crunch, I went against my gut reaction and ordered the Sesame Chicken lunch special ($7.99). I sat down and was reminded of why I should’ve left as the table was sticky. A closer look around the dining room and more signs that this spot would likely fail an impromptu health inspection. The employee brought out the food which was visually non-inspiring and “meh” at best. I would not recommend eating here as there are better options nearby.

I'd seen this location on Belt Line a few times in passing so I decided to use the drive-thru. When there is a barely legible handwritten sign on the window that reads check your order before leaving, this must be a recurring issue. I checked my order before driving away and it was accurate but I neglected to check for utensils or napkins until I got back to my office, which I received neither. If I was eating in my car, I'd be SOL. I can definitely say the customer service leaves a lot to be desired...and they have nerve to have a TIP line on the receipt as if they give excellent service. Tip through a drive-through and you leave wishing you didn't. I ordered the lunch combination low mein noodles and a soda and paid over $15 :-(. The amount of meat I received was definitely underwhelming at best, and it tasted just a little "off", which actually turned my stomach about 20 minutes later. I'm not saying the food was the reason, but... I think I'll give them another few years before visiting again, if ever. FYI, my experience made me go and read the reviews and I probably wouldn't have visited had I read them before. But at least I didn't get a spider.

I was in and out quickly even with a lot of people there. Furthermore, one of the young men that served my lunch was very welcoming. He smiled and asked how my day was going. A very simple thing but it's the small things that always count. This location was clean and tidy. There is an outside eating area with retractable umbrellas. It's a good location and the service was great. Since all Pandas sell the same thing, I usually look at the service and the physical location as a base of my review.

This particular store has changed significantly and I’m no longer able to dine in due to the corners they have decided to cut. We dined in over the weekend and usually the kids love coming here. Unfortunately, the store manager has now refused to offer plastic cutlery knives or spoons - so kids that need their meals cut up into bites or are still learning with spoon fed eating can no longer dine in. As a result, we aren’t going to be able to enjoy their service further as a family. They have also stopped offering CHOP STIX. They also no longer provide a cup of sweet and sour sauce with ragoons or spring rolls. Soy sauce, and any other sauce, is only available if you ask for it to be retrieved from behind the counter, and in no more than 4 packs per family, per each back-of-the-line wait while asking. Cheap and tacky unauthentic roadside take-out is the new theme here.

I've been craving shrimp fried rice and sweet and sour chicken for the past 2 weeks. This place was great everything was fresh. I'll definitely be back.

In spite of the reviews and my better judgement, I gave this place a shot. I was on a long shift at work and was really wanting some Chinese food. BIG MISTAKE ordering from this place! The combination lo mein was disgusting, no flavor, hardly any veggies in it. I asked for it spicy and there was no spice, it wouldn't have helped anyway. Absolutely disgusting. I would advice you to NOT order here under any circumstances. I would have been better off with chips and a coke. Big waste of money. Food got trashed.

I tried a premium side new one, the Firecracker Steak n Shrimp. Definitely not worth the money. The steak was chewy. I ordered a plate and appetizer for $16. The PORTION size was extremely small, only received two shrimp. The sesame chicken portion was small as well. The noodles were stale tasting. I could have eaten at an all you can eat Chinese buffet for more food and better quality. People stop wasting money on takeout, especially this place and location.

I always come to this Panda, I've always asked for a small glass for the drink, because I usually drink less than half of the drink, but I've never been limited to serving me one drink before. The person who attended to me at the cashier told me that i could only serve me water and not any other drink.I must say that the woman is Hispanic like me. Terrible service from that woman.

Eggroll Express

I have eaten at the Egg Roll Express, a very popular Chinese fast food restaurant, numerous times over the last few years. They're always busy because the food is good, and the price is right. The women behind the counter are courteous, and professional. The food is prepared quickly. A positive shout out to the cooks in the kitchen. Today I had D10, broccoli with chicken. It includes a generous amount of chicken & broccoli, with mushrooms, carrots, and onions. The sauce is wonderful, and it also comes with either fried or steamed rice.

Really tasty food considering the price point. Not the best food but you can’t complain. Really quick service.
