The sesame chicken was horrible! Very tough and fatty. Tasted days old if you know what I mean. Threw it all away. The chicken lo mein was pretty much tasteless. Egg rolls was the only edible thing. Done with this place in Benbrook time to look for a new place.
We got sesame chicken, fried banana, and dumplings. Mine was supposed to come with fried rice but I got brown rice (NOT FRIED). I’d give the food a 0. Guy who came and gave us our food was great. The fried banana was described as “cyst like” by my husband. I also got an egg role, if it was hot would’ve been great but cold and tasted like flour.

3.2 Stars average explains all. I went for a while, changed locations and came back to try and it was doing better. Now I have to change locations again cause it's back to the same stuff. Employees, atmosphere and food which is employees at fault making it wrong. There is a young lady at the drive through I believe is Daniella and she is wishy washy. Sometimes ok and sometimes not. The way she was in the drive through ordering was not good and It sure took a long time to get my card back and I hope it was a legitimate reason. In the same area and it was between here and only 2 other places that skimmed my card and made a copy of it and tried to scan my card at another place and not online it was a swipe not a digital purchase. And when this came up I looked and had my card which means somebody skimmed it and made a copy of it and tried to use it inside a location. And the orders being wrong are on the employee because I ordered properly and the order was not filled properly. So needless to say I will not be back to this location for sometime. Hopefully things will improve again at this location.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Panda Express in Benbrook, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The restaurant itself is clean, well-organized, and offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. What truly stood out during my visit was the outstanding customer service provided by Erica. From the moment I walked in, Erica greeted me with a genuine smile and an incredibly positive attitude. She was attentive, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she even offered helpful suggestions based on my preferences. Erica's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set this location apart. It's rare to encounter such dedicated and friendly service in the fast-food industry, and it made my visit all the more enjoyable. The food, as always, was delicious and fresh, but it's Erica's exceptional service that will keep me coming back. If you're in the Benbrook area and craving some tasty Chinese food, I highly recommend stopping by this Panda Express location. Be sure to ask for Erica—she'll make sure you leave with a smile on your face and a satisfied appetite. Five stars all the way!
