Food is always over cooked, burnt, and awful. Nostalgia kicks in, and keep trying to have a good meal with this company. I won't anymore. I remember when they had quality food.

Jessica has absolutely phenomenal customer service! This was my first time at Panda Express and she said she threw in some sweet and sour sauce as a recommendation and hoped that we enjoyed our experience. I would hire her in a heartbeat! Thank you Jessica for your kindness. :)

Ordered takeout recently and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my food. This place is a hidden gem and far exceeds most strip mall Chinese restaurants. Menu has all the classics plus lots of veggie choices for those who don't eat much meat. I will be ordering again.

Take out only, no dine in. They have a huge wall and speaker/microphone that they use to communicate from the kitchen, way far beyond the wall. Getting them to understand what I was saying was quite challenging. The Egg rolls are the size of spring rolls, very disappointing. The peking chicken was good.

Place a call in for my parent and asked that her meal not to be spicy and they said ok. Picked up order drive 35 mins to take it and it was really spicy. I called back and explained to them it was spicy and I ordered no spice. They apologized and ask me to come back get it with no spice. Drove back and gave phone number and explained again about the order and the manager than stated it could not be done. I asked why because when I placed the order they said it could and when I called back they said just bring it back and it will be made with no spice. They refused and said order something else. The manager was rude and I explained that they shouldn’t taken my order that way if it could not be done. He was really rude

So this is my second time eating. At this establishment, the first time was 1 week ago. The first time my voice was like M&M's with peanuts. The spare rib tips we're okay. Now, 1 week later, I decided to give them another shot and see if it was just a fluke. I ordered pork fried rice with ribs. My ribs were dry and barely any meat. The rice was harder than last time with no flavor I asked for extra pork in my pork fried rice for the amount that I paid to have extra pork. I would hate to see what it would come with regular pork amount. Don't get me started on how it looks. When you walk in, definitely not welcoming. I don't like to knock a place where I eat. But I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone and I will never be going back there again.
