Chen Garden Restaurant
Expensive. I ordered a 1. mixed vegetable I specifically asked that the vegetables in the photo would be in this order (look @the photos) VERY disappointed. I paid $10.49 nothing but broccoli, onions, green peppers and a few shavings of carrots. 2. shrimp w-garlic sauce it had 3 pieces of shrimp then I paid an extra $2 to turn my side (white rice) to fried rice ended up with white rice drenched in soy sauce with onions! $12.49. Finally 3. Singapore chow mei was the only thing I could say was worth it $11.49 with white rice. VERY disappointing. I do not recommend this place. Wasted almost $40
Fried rice is barely fried, if at all. Also there was no pork in it. It's almost translucent with barely any flavor. The prices they charge is ridiculous. Where I'm from in CT, cost of living is much more... yet Chinese food especially is about $1-2 cheaper on combos and in general and that INCLUDES fried rice that is actually fried! Pictures of pricing for comparison: 1st is in CT where I ordered from as a regular. 2nd is Chen Garden
