China Dragon
Our first time here. Part's were good. The the boneless ribs were delicious. The rice was bland and not much pork/chicken in the rice. My sister in law said her sesame chicken was delicious and had the same feeling on rice. The egg roll was good. Just a little thin for me. š
My order was ready quickly - about 10 mins after I placed the order. Service at pick up time was friendly and efficient and most importantly the food was delicious! I had General Tso's (medium spice level) with egg and onion fried rice and a pork egg roll. All of it tasted fresh and really hit the spot.
Dragon Pan
Ordered the chicken and mixed veggies with white rice, and it was ready in just 10 minutesāquick and efficient! Walk-in ordering was a breeze, and the food was decent. Nothing groundbreaking, but it hit the spot for a fast, no-fuss meal. Would I write home about it? Probably not, but if you're in the mood for something simple and speedy, it's a solid option.
I was hesitant to try this place because of the reviews, however I am glad I did. We got several things and I will buy them all again, and am looking forward to trying other items from the menu. I tend to be a little on the cheap side, the cost was well worth it.
Great Wall
Outside of the woman who took our order being extremely nice the food was horrendous, I got general Tsos chicken and the sauce was tangy not spicy and looked and tasted as if it had been sitting out for hours and my gf got their sesame chicken and couldn't eat it as hers looked even older than mine. She had eaten a few pieces then decided not to have anymore and shortly after complained of not feeling well. This used to be a good place to eat 3+ yrs ago so we decided to try it again but we will never go back.
Very below average Chinese food. Crab Rangoon was super sweet and the wrap was so chewy we couldn't eat it. Sesame chicken was tough and the sauce was some kind of cheap BBQ sauce. Rice was overcooked and bland. Find another take out if you're looking.
China King
The food is probably the BEST chinese food, hands down, I have eaten in a long time! Especially those eggrolls! Portions were amazing! Food was DELICIOUS!!
The food here was good, and the portion sizes were generous. The service was also solid. However, I'm only giving 4 stars because the floor was dirty. Cleanliness is crucial in any food establishment. Besides that, everything else was great. I ordered the chicken fried rice and beef lo mein. The lo mein was a bit different from what Iām used toāit had a sweet flavor. Iād recommend it if you like sweet dishes, but if not, you might want to try something else.
P.F. Chang's
We haven't been here in awhile so we decided to head back today for dinner. The good was great and the drinks were also really good. The server was very on his game, super friendly, and took his time to explain things on the menu we had questions about. Overall it was a good dinning experience and we will be go back again. I'd suggest upgrading to the Lo Mein and the Japense Old Fashioned was sweet but delicious.
First time visiting and the food was great, especially the dumplings! Sorry about the dumpling photo so good almost forgot to take a photo, you get 6. My teriyaki chicken was a little too sweet for me but very tasty.
Chopsticks
First time ordering from here and very happy with my choice! I ordered online and had a few questions. The service was fantastic, with no rush answering questions and making changes for me. Our large family order was done quickly and super fresh! Everything tasted wonderful! Pricing is typical for Chinese takeout, and I feel the price was appropriate for the quality. Will be our regular spot for Chinese take-out nights! (Pictured is Boneless spare ribs, Singapore chow Mei fun, roasted pork lo mein, human Shrimp, orange chicken, sweet and sour pork)
New to the neighborhood is Chopsticks serving authentic Szechuan, Hunan and Cantonese dishes. Conveniently located near Loweās Food on South Common Drive in Mrytle Beach. One can do pickup, delivery and/or dining with counter ordering and a simple layout of padded chairs and tables. Our order of sweet and sour chicken, fried rice and egg roll came piping hot with a side of sweet and sour sauce. Thick chunks of chicken lightly breaded and fried, flavorful rice with a blend of onions and vegetables and crispy egg rolls. Large portion and an extra egg roll served the needs of two. Good food, friendly service and reasonable prices will have us returning.
Lucky Panda
We both ordered the chicken and cashew entreeā, it was delicious! The service was very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was clean, cozy and inviting. We really enjoyed it after a long day of driving. Thank you Lucky Panda for the wonderful meal!
I didn't take any photos - I wish I had. This is a locally run restaurant that we discovered today while going to the Goodwill store in the same shopping center. They don't have a big sign out front, so it is easy to miss while driving by it. I had the spring rolls, my wife and I both had egg drop soup. I had the vegetable lo mien. My wife wasn't too hungry so she had the shrimp shumai. All of the food was excellent and the service was also excellent. The restaurant decor is a little dated, but everything was immaculate and very clean. It is not a very large restaurant, but it does have a nice bar, and they do a lot of take out orders. We will definitely be eating here again. Our total bill with me having hot tea and my wife having water, including tip, was less than $45. I highly recommend this restaurant and they do take reservations.
Golden Kitchen Chinese Restaurant
Visiting from Atlanta, we were looking for a local Chinese restaurant that had pretty good reviews. We ordered sesame chicken, house egg foo young, Mongolian beef, house special fried rice, and chicken w/ vegetables. Letās start with the PROS. The chicken with vegetables was very good and the sauce on the sesame chicken was tasty. I also adored the friendliness that the cashier had when I entered the restaurant to pick up my order. Now the CONS. The Mongolian beef wasnāt tender and the sesame chicken was very hard and dried out. We ordered the sesame chicken with white meat thinking it would be better than the traditional other option but it wasnāt. The egg foo young was lacking any taste and unfortunately, the rice only had 5 baby shrimp in the entire large container. For $73, I expected a little more.
Best Chinese Takeout Ever! Friendly and fast service, high quality and authentic Chinese. Favorites include the garlic pork and shrimp chow mein! Everything is good!
Lucky Panda
Since moving to Murrells Inlet, we get food from here every other week, it's that good! The staff is so warm and friendly and we alway get what we order, never a mix up! You'll enjoy the fresh cooked meals from here... enjoy! There are some good vegetarian options. We love their vegetable bean curd (tofu) soup, vegetable fried rice and their veggie egg rolls.
Lucky Panda has really good Chinese food. We got the shimp in garlic sauce, sweet and sour chicken, general tso's chicken, Pork with broccoli, chichen with broccoli , crab rangoons, and chow mein with noodles. Portion size extremely reasonable. The flavor was really, really good. The hot mustard and sweet and sour sauce are good too. There are tables inside if you want to dine in. We did take out. The lunch special portion is extremely generous too.
Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant
Fried wonton was lightly fried in new oil making them not oily and the filling was tasty. Egg roll too mushy inside. Needs more crunch Fried rice was perfectly done. Will return to try other items
The food at Hong Kong in Garden City is the best Chinese food in the area. We live in Murrells Inlet and this is the first Chinese food we really like. Exciting to find a good Chinese restaurant after living here 4 years.
China Town Chinese Restaurant
Date night with the Mrs. and friends got us shopping for Chinese. China Town Chinese Restaurant was our point of destination and arriving there got the strong vibe that it was more of a take and go, then sit down. Dingy interior with a row of forlorn padded booths that were slowly being taken over by boxes of restaurant supplies. A non-operating soda machine and an order counter. Donāt expect any counter to table service if you decide to stay after you order as you are on your own. Friend suggested takeout and we readily agreed. Our Combination Dinner was General Tsoās Chicken with fried pork rice and egg roll. We order an extra egg roll and my wife and I shared. Serving amount easily fed the two of us and overall taste was good with a bit of heat. Texture of breaded chicken was a bit tough, chewier. Standard fried rice and egg rolls were crispy savory rolls with shredded cabbage inside and deep fried. Food was doable but probably not worth a retry.
Looks good but Shrimp Fried rice Tasted bland. I added 4 packs of soy sauce and 2 packs of duck sauce. The pepper steak had a weird smell. I couldn't finish it.
New China
We enjoyed everything about our visit. The food was delicious, fresh, and hot, and the service was outstanding. Best Chinese buffet I've had in a while.
Great price for lunch šš» So many options, and they even have egg custard buns and inarisushi (tofu skin sushi) which is a rare find at chinese buffets - and they're delicious!!
