Jin Jin
Basic takeout restaurant. There are a few tables and chairs for dining in but not really geared up for a dine-in experience. For the most part the food is good standard fare but every now and then there is a slip up. Usually with the fried foods. Not much service besides taking your money at the register but that may be due to a language barrier. Overall a good place to grab a bite to take home and enjoy
We live in the area, so they are our go to for chinese food, never had a problem with their food until last night, I ordered shrimp fried rice , some wings and beef lo mein, the rice had some type of hard plastic in it, damn near broke my tooth, not happy at all. Smh I would post the pic but there is no option to post any pics.
Goody Chinese Restaurant
It's my first visit to a dine in fast food Chinese restaurant. As a Chinese, maybe I expected too much, but if the taste wasn't that good, at least they can get more stars from the service and the atmosphere. First, I didn't like the fact that the cutlery wasn't individually wrapped. Second, they were too small. Third, I ordered BBQ spare ribs and mentioned the number L17 (it's $9.35), but they sold me the package for $10.95 which included fried rice and egg rolls. Well, hopefully that $1.6 is worth it for the one star. The wonton soup was tasteless and the wonton skin was too thick. The best was the green tea. They can add more decorations to make the place nicer.
Goody is a hidden gem in Florence! They serve good quality food that is consistently excellent tasting. The hot and sour soup is worth driving from Charlotte to Florence for! I highly recommend Goody if you're in the mood for great Chinese food at a good price.
