Love the beef and broccoli without mushrooms. I also get the pork fried rice but that could use a little very light sauce added to it. Just my preference. It's good as is and I buy it. I put a little of the beef gravy on it and I like it even better. Food is good, place looks clean. I recommend it!

The crispy egg rolls are a perfect start, and their crab Rangoon is some of the best I’ve ever had. My personal favorite is the garlic chicken! It’s always bursting with rich, savory flavor and cooked to perfection. The sushi here is phenomenal, too! With an in-house sushi bar, everything is freshly made to order, ensuring every bite is absolute perfection. And of course, no visit is complete without their warm sake! We had the Michiana roll, Rainbow roll, Ocean roll, and Ho Ping Special roll along with the Ho Ping fried rice. Hands down THE BEST!! VERY fresh!! Great flavors! Ooh!! And we had the sampler platter. We will definitely be back!!

Wife seen this place on social media and so we decided to give it a try after visiting Ruston Way. Restaurant was busy when we walked in and had an extensive menu. After deciding what we were eating, we sat down and it seems the food began to come out before we could even get settled. Serving sizes were massive. Flavor was plentiful, and service was attentive. My teriyaki chicken was a bit cold is the only complaint I have.

Best Chinese delivery I've had since I moved to Philly 4 years ago. The beef with onions and bell peppers was SO GOOD! The meet was tender and there was plenty of sauce. Same goes for the General Tso's chicken, and the Walnut shrimp. Excellent food! Edit: It Was great, that one time, but I'm so insulted by my last two orders that I am changing my review. There is so much promise here, and I was excited about their food, and then I got watered down sweet and sour sauce and cold chicken, and items left off my order...

Absolutely love both the general tso shrimp and general tso chicken. Delicious!! The establishment is very clean. Panda Garden City Restaurant gets five ⭐ stars for all around great service with an extensive menu of excellent dishes prepared.
