Food was okay decent size shrimp and broccoli but other then that bland. Large meal with small rice. Rolls were too oily and greasy. Pink lemonade was slightly more watery. Customer service was horrible, they don’t let you know it’s cash only in advance. Called in advance just talking loud and hung up quickly. Expect that from most Chinese stores in Philly. No atm in store. Took people behind me as I’m waiting in line again to get utensils and napkins that I asked for in the first place, when I went to out to get cash and came back, which should automatically be given. I had a feeling to check my bag. Younger woman at the counter was quiet but the one behind the counter, an older woman, was just yelling all over the place, dizzy, rude and ghetto. Would not come back. Not worth the ignorance for mediocre food.

Haven’t had Chinese take out for quite a while. Decided to have some wings and shrimp roll today and I’m glad I’ve ordered from here. The food is amazingly good. The wings are crunchy and juicy. The shrimp roll has enough shrimp in it. Will order again next time.

The lady service was on some hurry up and order. I literally just came in the door didn’t get to the counter yet she already locked eyes and was ready. I couldn’t even take a minute to look at the menu. I wanted to order other things but I just picked out one thing and thought about ordering more but I just said forget it. I wasn’t even ready. The lady service sucks and she over charged me I should’ve stuck to ordering on DoorDash instead rather than getting this type of treatment.

I usually order my food from pearl of East but every time the man takes an order....he hangs the phone in the middle of my order. I call back he still hangs phone in the middle of my order. ..... I was trying to order Is a combination platter with Soup.... I tell him I don't want no pork in my rice in my rice and he insists that it comes with the pork...... I tell him again I Dont want pork in my rice and again he wants to have pork in my rice ... all I wanted was plain fried rice with my order..... Horrible Experience has a nasty attitude...........I've ordered plenty of times from here. They dont even tell you they ADD DELIVERY charge on your bill and I'm constantly giving a tip when they delivered ...when the ladies answered the phone they get my order correct...... but when ever the man answers he never get the order correct. He Insist on giving you what he wants you to eat, not what you want to eat. I will never order from here again.

Went for a friend's daughter sweet 16th party. Man I'm feeling old. Food was pretty 👍. Bathroom is on the first level. Our event was on the second floor. It was big enough to have maybe about 28 to 30 table. The dance floor was big enough for a good size crowd.

Great looking place. The waitress were rushing to take our order without even having more than 3 tables to serve. The place and the food looks fancy, but doesn't even taste great. Prices are high for what they offer. Never coming back again, they don't even serve water at all.
