Lin Taste of China
Good quality food for your average local Chinese place. The exterior felt a little uninviting with closed curtains and little fan fair. Inside was minimal but pleasant. I liked the Lego kit on the counter. Of what decor they had, it was nice. For eating around 4:30pm on a Sunday, the place was nearly empty besides folks coming and going for takeaway. For what it was, I enjoyed it and I'd like to eat here again
I recommend this place! I called about 30 minutes before they closed and placed a big order. It was all made completely fresh. Everything was delicious. I recommend the house special egg foo young and general tso
China Buffet
The food is excellent. You can find a large variety of Chinese food and kid friendly food on the bar. The restaurant has 3 main food bars with a salad bar and dessert bar combined. They also have hand dipped ice cream for a dessert. High recommended!
Brought the whole soccer team and they nailed it! Waitress was awesome and the food flowed!
China Banquet
Just got done eating here. Man, this place was great. Clean and tidy. Food was terrific. Wasabi sauce and sushi exceeded my expectations. Decorated and lit well. Lots of mirrors.
Food was tasty. Owners were super friendly and helpful. Enjoyable experience. Not fancy. Mac n cheese was also good. Smaller parking lot. Quite a few options for a smaller buffet.
Golden Wok
The Golden Wok is the kind of place you WALK in hungry and leave satisfied after doing battle with an angry pile of General Tso’s chicken. The egg rolls? Crispy perfection, like they’d been deep-fried by a wise old monk that lived in the mountains. The sweet and sour pork was so good I almost forgave it for not being authentically Chinese. My fortune cookie told me, ‘You will find happiness in small things,’ and I did—those little soy sauce packets are life. -1 because i never did see a golden wok. I was slightly disappointed after getting my kids all excited to actually see a real golden wok. Alas... Nevermore
The service was great the food was amazing to say the least we ate in and the portions an taste an plate was to perfection I had orange chicken an buddy had General tos both with fried rice an shrimp egg roll was all amazing will definitely be eating there again top tier food an service don't let the looks of this store front fool you worth the eat.
Hibachi buffet
This buffet is pretty good. Only complaint is the hibachi noodles where very chewy not soft. Some food was a bit old even at lunch however it is a small area so not a lot of traffic to rotate food quickly.
I love it here, the food is good most of the time, there are some days I go and the food is overcooked or dry. The workers don't really understand me but that's ok. It is a little overpriced but the food is worth it, I pay about$ 26 every time I go with my mother, not bad.
China Dragon
My brother and I ate there yesterday and I didn't take a photo sorry we both ate off of the buffet and it was really good. I had the shrimp with vegetables ,beef stir fry, fried shrimp, sesame chicken and the salad bar. l I thought it was a little steep on pricing for a lunch portion it was almost $40 on a Sunday afternoon... it's been awhile since I've been out to eat so maybe that's just the going rate , last time I had Chinese it was $4.95 for a large helping but I would definitely recommend it, service was excellent , atmosphere was great and I can't complain about the food.
Husband and I ate here the other night. Pricing was reasonable, service was good, food was alright. Crab rangoon weren’t right- they were a very weird goopy texture and sweet in flavor. Would try them again to see if they just had an off day but couldn’t eat them this time around. Chow mein noodles were too soft and over cooked for me but my husband liked them. Mozzarella sticks were warm but not hot enough to be stringy and yummy. Loved the Chinese donuts and shrimp dishes. Egg drop soup and sesame chicken were alright. Didn’t hate the egg rolls and general tso’s chicken but they just didn’t hit the mark flavor wise. They have various American types of food as well like wings, chicken tender, etc. Which is good for those with picky kids. Different types of desserts and ice cream too. It’s nice having a buffet with some variety in such a small town but would love to see improvements to the food and environment as time progresses.
Panda House
WOW the cashew or sweet and sour lunch special during the week is under $7. I tried the General chicken and when asked how spicy, I chose medium. It was the perfect heat as it was not overly spicy. There is a good amount of ginger in the dish, but I'm a big fan of ginger and enjoyed the General Chicken. Building is a little run down, but I would definitely come back for lunch.
Panda House was amazing. Food was delicious, served fresh and was very hot. Portion sizes were awesome. They were very kind people and I'd definitely recommend this a go to for any couple or family looking for a good meal. Will be returning.
China Wok
This is by far the BEST Chinese place in the area. This location doesn't offer buffet but in my opinion that makes the food even better. Everything's is so extremely fresh , I ate at this location 6 months back and now I won't eat at any other location! Unfortunately they are closed on Tuesdays so so if you want to enjoy this restaurant pick any other day besides Tuesday.
Hands down the BEST Chinese restaurant!! The food is so good as well as service! I love that they offer hibachi meals and now sushi!!!!!
YUMMY EXPRESS
Orange chicken was good. Lunch price is very cheap but it's a fairly small portion. I'll be back but will likely get the regular size not the lunch special.
Lovely establishment with nice decor inside. The dining area is a little small with 5 tables that seat 4 each plus there is people coming and going with pickup orders at the counter as well as the drive-thru window. The atmosphere was a little quiet and needs some background music would have been nice. The server was a little cold but warmed up and became more talkative as food was brought out. The food was excellent and I strongly recommend the Osaka roll and the crispy beef dish.
Old China Buffet
I absolutely would not recommend eating here... Their food is not good, very fatty. We had never been and we will not be back.
We love to eat here. Have eaten here for over 17 yrs with no problems . They have awesome food.
Great Wall
The absolute worst Chinese food we have ever had!! Everything is flavorless and gross. We got 4 meals that were over $10 each and all terrible. The "honey chicken" isn't actually honey chicken like I get everywhere else (photo attached of the sauce)... The sauce comes in a container on the side and it looks & tastes like sugar water, I mean literally zero flavor at all and certainly not honey flavor! My Son said the Shrimp Lo-Mein (both lo-mein and shrimp) had no flavor at all as well. Even the rice is terrible and hard and the chicken fried rice doesn't look or taste like chicken. Also, they only accept cash, so you will not be able to use a card there. I do not recommend this place at all!!
This is by far the worst chinese place I have ever had the misfortune of eating at. NO FLAVOR WHAT SO EVER! We ordered shrimp and chicken lo mein, it was nothing but greasy noodles with vegetables and NO sauce. My daughter got a sweet and sour chicken combo. You could literally squeeze the grease from the chicken and the egg roll. The only reason I bothered to order here was because Golden Wok was closed for some reason. Save yourself money and disappointment and skip this place all together. 40 bucks that's going straight to the trash can.
Bamboo House Restaurant
This used to be my favorite Chinese food place but the quality of both food and service has gone downhill tremendously in the last 6 months. On one I had went and ordered two daily specials with crab Rangoon, when I got my food I was missing the crab Rangoon and went back in to tell them know. The woman who I assume is the owner immediately said (before even checking) that’s not what you ordered. She was super short and kind of rude and never apologized. The food is mediocre at best. On another occasion I asked if I could get cashews (I was willing to pay extra) and was told they don’t have enough cashews to do extra. This was 2pm on a weekday. I will say the younger guy who works the window is always kind and greets you with a smile! He saves their business. I have tried giving them chance after chance as this used to be a favorite spot but they disappoint every time. I know there’s few food selections in Marionville but the City Morgue right next door has good food and great service. Save your money & go that route!
This was the absolute worst food let alone Chinese food we have ever had. 30 plus dollars just to throw it in the trash. You should be ashamed to serve slop like that.
