Placed a $90 door dash order and was there to get the bag immediately after drop off, everything was fine except we were missing one meal, general tso’s. Call back to politely inform them, and they proceeded to gaslight us by saying it was in fact packed when the bag was sealed completely upon drop off. He then hung up the phone? Extreme disappointment for a large order customer. That’s not how you handle things as a business owner for paying customers. Do better.
If I could rate zero I would. I almost debated not coming to pick up the food I just ordered but I might as well Since I WANT IT. I just had the worst service over the phone ever. How was I supposed to know my order was placed, how long it will take, ect. if the call is ended with okay after I said the ordered I wanted. I responded with” yes that is all” for an “okay” and hung up. Will never be coming back, that is laughable.
