I ordered broccoli beef and got like 4 tiny pieces of beef covered up, suspiciously, by three giant pieces of broccoli. It’s like 1/3rd portion and the photo doesn’t do it justice.

Great customer service! Food has a lot of flavor but is low qualify ingredients. Dislike the serving size. I got the firecracker shrimp and steak for $1.50 more. I got 3 shrimp and 3 steak pieces, and a few veggies. A smaller scoop than the orange chicken? Won't be getting the shrimp and chicken again.

Food had no taste. 3 entrees all tasted the same. Egg rolls were oil rolls. Tasted like 3 day old fryer grease. Broccoli beef all broccoli, 1 piece of dry beef. BBQ pork like leather. Sweet and sour chicken blah. Chow mein no flavor. Rice was OK. 2nd and last visit, couldn't even eat it. Good service, though.

Place used to be good back when they were next to the AMC20 in Fullerton. They raise the price and started charging a mandatory 10% gratuity fee. Then I asked for a refill on the soda (Since they charged me an extra 10%) they had the audacity to still charge me 1.25 for a refill and I cancelled the drink. My friends, family and I won’t be coming back anymore.

The delivery was amazing. I love the packaging of it, and they separated the noodles from the sauce. When I visited the restaurant, it wasn’t the best for me because it’s very loud and the people in there are very busy, sometimes mean. I don’t like eating at loud places so I don’t prefer going in-person. Service is most likely self-service, you have to get your own water, tissues, side dishes, sauce, and everything.

the food and service are feally good here. I love to have black noodle and tangsuyuk here. Definitely come back once in a while. recommend!!

Delicious food, excellent prices - most affordable stop we've had in California so far. No idea why this place isn't PACKED but it was lunch on a Sunday and fairly slow. The noodles, orange chicken and firecracker chicken were our favs!!

First & last time here. Not sure how this place gets anywhere near 4 stars. I stood there waiting to be acknowledged after 3 people in front of me were taken care of. Only 1 person working out front. She even served 1 table that was dining in. After starting my order she stopped halfway to get a phone call. I ended up getting 1 combo instead of 2 due to lack of customer service & some items weren't visually appealing. Teriyaki chicken is ok, no teriyaki sauce just grilled type chicken. Fried rice isn't fried at all, more like steamed. Orange chicken is more batter than chicken. Egg roll had nothing in it. A frozen egg roll from anywhere else would've been better. Chow mein is ok. Nothing to provoke a return visit. Overpriced & lacking quality.

It's hard to find a Chinese restaurant that suits Korean tastes in the United States. In the past, a Chinese restaurant called Youngpoong in Garden Grove, their food was the best in Orange County. But the taste of food has changed since the owner changed, so I don't go there anymore. Full House Fusion Chinese Cuisine (Chomanwon) first opened at Zion Market Mall in Buena Park, and the food tastes great, so I always went there for Chinese cuisine But somehow one day they suddenly closed the business and I was sad. :( About three years ago, Full House Fusion Chinese Cuisine reopened at Amerige Heights Town Center in Fullerton. The most recommended menu is sweet and sour pork (Tangsuyuk), the flower of Chinese cuisine. When you dip crispy fry in a sour, sweet, glossy sauce, it dances in your mouth. For Black bean noodles (Jajangmyeon), I would like to give three and a half out of five stars. Anyway, the cuisine here is great, especially for those who miss Chinese food they used to eat in Korea.

Their jjajangmyeon was great and jampong was solid. I thought ive had better jampong than theirs but besides that everything was good. Their tangsooyook was a bit dry in my opinion and not as crispy.

I went there three times. The first two times a few months ago, a lady was very nice and food and prices is good. Then I come back, this time a Asian lady discriminated with Asian. She seems like very hate to service for me and not friendly at all. All the bad attitudes on her face. Not expect say welcome but all angry face on her. After me a non Asian men came, she loudly saying” HELLO” happy expected. Then ask him nicely , and say thank you. For me nothing only terrible service and face. The reason that I o my thought is I am Asian! okay, I worked around here I will tell my coworkers all non Asian how this place. I hope the boss say this the women wears red long hair.

Tucked in the back behind 2 fast foods, found this Chinese restaurant. Wok n Roll reminds me of an old restaurant that had similar name in the 92870 area. Great tasting food, quick friendly service. All the food tastes freshly made, even the ones in the display. Super friendly staff! Big portions, tender meats, tasty Wonton soup. Delicious egg rolls. Rice & chow mein taste really good & freshly made. They even have a wall with customized special orders, they look yummy! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great tasting Chinese food restaurant.

First the sever/hostess/manager was super nice, unfortunately the kitchen, other staff were not helping maintain the buffet or facilities. Bathroom was almost indescribable, I could try but I do not think it would come close to what I saw. Food was put out in huge batches resulting in visibly dry, cold food. Where’s the omelet guy? Are we not cooking French Toast? Why are the scrambled eggs out for 5+ minutes? No pancakes?!? I’m sure the manager plays a part in the above as well. Delegation & accountability is key!!!

Nothing is ever good anymore, I literally couldn’t eat a single plate I tried. Potatoes not cooked, my baked potatoe was BROWN, the steak, or I mean fat,. Had a good taste and the chef was cool, but come on. Owner needs to get off of drugs or whatever addiction they have and save this place, or just give up. Your wasting your money on alll the corners your trying to cut, and it’s just making things worse. And all the waiters are just eating plates of food, sitting right next to us. Where’s inspectors? The last time I saw the salad people prep and not once did they switch out gloves and they were touching the cooler doors and anything else you can think of. Pathetic. It’s April and they still have a Christmas tree up.

Tee is simply the best! We go to Cheesecake Factory more for the service rather than the food which is also good. Whenever Tee sees my family and I, we're always greeted with a smile and checks on us to see how we've been doing. She's always consistent. Checking back with us often to see if we need anything. I always take my father with us since he has dementia and she has the best rapport with him. She makes him feel comfortable and interacts with him and of course us. Whenever she's our server, it's always guaranteed that we will have a great dining experience.

My son-in-law ordered take out from Cheesecake Factory. I ordered an Impossible Burger with fries, and he ordered a salad. ...or should I say a MEGA SALAD!  I'm not sure how much he paid for the meals, but it seemed like he got the better of the deal. Hahaha! My burger was delicious. Still warm from the delivery. Well packaged. I know presentation is difficult for take out, I was impressed with the containers. No Styrofoam. Heavy duty. Definitely would consider ordering from them again! Oh, and our cheese cake was AWESOME!

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Panda Express. My food was 40 minutes late—completely unacceptable for a fast food place. To make matters worse, when I tried to bring this up, the manager on duty, Anastasia Macias, was incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. She didn’t even try to understand the issue or offer any sort of apology. She also denied to refund my money. It felt like customer service was the last thing on her mind. I expected better from a place like Panda Express, but this experience has definitely made me think twice before ever coming back.

They ran out of an iteam i had ordered however Ana made sure we were aware and and she did not want to serve us any less. She let us know if we wanted to wait and we agreed and she compt our drinks for the wait. Thank you Ana for being so kind and caring about our experience.

Mediocre food for a good price. Excellent option for post-lift meal, the grilled teriyaki chicken has a crazy amount of protein. 💪

Probably your best value meal on campus, not the best Chinese food but if you want to save time and not leave campus, I’d recommend this!

The service was friendly and professional. The store itself felt clean and had a modern aesthetic. Food was ok. The cream cheese rangoons and honey walnut shrimp tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. Definitely wasn’t the most fresh, but still decent.

I went to this location on April 27, 2005. The store was clean, neat and inviting. The teriyaki chicken I got was well cooked and tasty. The best thing about this trip was the service. A young girl (I think her name was Yesenia) served me. She was doing 3 things at once, never stopped working and still treated me with kindness and enthusiasm. I hope her manager sees this review.
