25th Asian house
I’m not sure what happened to this place, it’s fairly new and used to be good, but the last few times the food was old and flavorless. It’s too inconsistent. This is chicken mei fun, did they forget the sauce? The fried rice is also not fried, just tossed with some soy sauce. It’s unfortunate because the first couple of times the food was great, but we can’t keep justifying coming here.
The fried rice today was not fully cooked as it was hard. Food was tasty but the portions are on the smaller side. Eggrolls were burnt but overall we enjoyed our food.
Easton Asian Bistro
We stopped for lunch on our way through town. They were very kind and had great service. I would recommend the orange chicken. Good size pieces and were great quality white meat.
I have celiac disease and I was so excited to find this amazing Asian fusion restaurant. It’s the best I’ve found and tried in the valley that has more gluten free options. My family and I have been eating here for almost 4 years, the staff is always helpful with my questions and I’ve never once gotten sick! Thank you! Tomorrow I’ll be celebrating my birthday and ordering from here!
Flaming Crab Cajun Seafood
2024: This place has great seafood. The price is reasonable. The music does not match the decor. I had the fried Shrimp and they were yummy. The cocktail sauce has a bit of a spicy kick also. We will eat here again.
I came in on a Monday at lunchtime and the staff was cleaning the restaurant, which was fine. They were super friendly and helpful and the food was done in a reasonable amount of time. The seafood avocado po boy was not good. The avocado was unripe and browned. It was in a creamy mix that had barely any flavor to it—tasted like mostly mayo. This is not what I’d expect from a Cajun restaurant. The Cajun fries were fresh and good, but tasted like the seasoned ones you get in a grocery aisle. The roll for the sandwich was fine, but overall it wasn’t a great meal and definitely not worth the price. Also, the hot sauce they gave me was standard buffalo, not Cajun anything.
Punjabi Kitchen (Authentic Indian food in Easton)
Got food from here twice. One was a takeout of some Hyderabad biriyani which was pretty good but dropped by for some paani puri later and there was potatoes and chickpeas just boiled and cut without any spices for the stuffing and the paani was cold as if just removed from the fridge but it was almost fermented giving a tingling feeling when put in the mouth. Ps: Stopped months later for some chai and samosas and the owners were kind enough to provide this as complimentary. And this time the taste was indeed satisfactory! Samosas were crispy and the chutneys flavorful. I would go back :)
Punjabi Kitchen is one of our favorite places to order from. We hired them to p prepare food for catering for a birthday party and we were blown away. We already love their delicious food but the catering really put things into perspective. The pricing for the amount of food was phenomenal. No one went hungry and everyone loved their meals. The quality and portions were sublime, with the chicken being so tender our guests even remarked on its juiciness. Besides the amazing food and prices, the staff was incredibly kind and generous. They're always friendly and welcoming. They're proud of their food and they should be, we love Punjabi Kitchen and we look forward to ordering again soon!
Adobo Latin Kitchen
It was our first time ordering, so I wasn't sure if I could eat some of the items since I'm gluten free. When we placed our order, we asked if they can fry the plantains in separate oil so I can enjoy them, and they totally did! This may not seem like a big deal, but I was so happy and excited that I could eat something that's fried and not get sick from it. The food overall tasted amazing, we will definitely be ordering from them again in the future, now knowing that they cater to those who are gluten free. Thanks!
I heard good things about this restaurant, so I decided to try it. I got the empanadas with beef, yellow rice, beans, Cuban sandwich with yuca fries and Carne Frita - Fried pork. It wasn’t bad it was OK. I had better empanadas from another restaurant in Bethlehem. All in all it was not bad. One thing that they do is thoroughly check your order before giving it to you to ensure that everything is correct. I did appreciate that. Enjoy 😉
