Every time I go here, the food is incredible, the staff are as kind as can possibly be, and there’s a fish tank with a cool fella in it. Easiest 5 stars of my life, I go as often as possible. Pretty cheap too for how much food you get.

Delicious Chinese food. Huge menu of all sorts, including the classics. Wings are 💯 and the Chinese Hot Pepper are terrifically flavored and spicy but not gonna kill ya.

We got the Sweet & Sour Chicken and General Tso’s Chicken with an egg roll, hot & sour soup, and pork fried rice. All of the food was delicious and still hot when we got home to eat it! Substantial portions! Definitely recommend!

I hate to leave a bad review and this is one of very few but i ordered the general tsos shrimp yesterday evening and it was so heavily and thickly coated in bread that the middle of every piece had raw uncooked dough batter. It was disgusting. My first bite was raw dough so i took apart every piece and was left with what felt like 5 lbs of batter and not much else. I think this was my fourth time ordering from there and third time being completely disappointed. One was the sub gum wonton, don’t even get me started on that mess. Won’t be ordering from here again!

We got take away food and were pleasantly surprised by how good this food is. Good value for the money, amazing flavor entrees. General Tsos was perfect not too sweet and tender chicken, best egg roll I’ve ever had if you like egg rolls get a few extra.

I do not give out 1-2 star reviews lightly. This is just less than an ideal situation. It’s winter. The store is freezing. I have a child food very subpar. The pork and the pork fried rice tasted quite old. The food itself wasn’t horrible it was just okay. But they didn’t have a highchair for a kid not even a knife to help us cut up the food, it was nice that they ended up spending 5-10 minutes to find a knife but I would never come back to this place. I ordered a few things from them. One was crab sticks. I got the tartar sauce but not the crab sticks. When the manager called me back she sounded super young. And kept saying are you sure they aren’t there? Then her “fix” was to make note of it and give me free ones next time. Keep in mind I already paid for them and didn’t get it. Finally they said the driver will bring them. When they came, they were basically cold. Meaning they were sitting there while they asked if I was sure I didn’t get them.

I moved into the area about 3 years ago, I live out in Juneau. I have purchased from almost all Chinese restaurants from Watertown to Beaver Dam to Columbus. China King has the best food. I posted a picture and I have never experienced as good quality as the ones here at China King! Every time I order seafood it’s large shrimp and you can tell it’s fresh. I love the egg rolls and I just tried the Dragon and Phinox and the Hawaii Five-0. They are both delicious and well worth the purchase. My four year old loves the sweet and sour chicken, he dunks them in the sauce like nuggets. The staff I have encountered were nice and the restaurant was in well order. Love you guys!

This is a busy place. My first time here. Food is great, price is great, service is fast and friendly. Atmosphere not appealing. Inside not really set up to eat and I wouldn't want to. It smells musty. It look clean but the smell needs to be addressed. Inside looks old, if they updated and thoroughly cleaned it would be a great place.

this place is my favorite, i won’t go to any other chinese places! i always get the beef and broccoli and add shrimp to it, they always deliver hot and fresh food. the owner is so sweet ! even on doordash they are great and provide me with every utensil or sauce needed! AND THE SUSHI IS ALWAYS ON POINT!

I’m wondering if they recently changed management or ownership. The last two times I’ve been, the veggie spring rolls have not been amazing and fresh like they were before. I hope this is a temporary change.

Went here with my husband many times! Love the pricing and options they have so we can try many items each visit. I recommend the dim sum sampler! We always kept coming back for the vegetable crystal dumplings and mushu. They have awesome salt and pepper squid, crab Rangoon and chicken wings with empress sauce. My favorite is the fried taro dumplings and for dessert, the Sesame balls! It could be nicer if they played a bit of background music but other than that it's a nice place for a dim sum fix!

Popped into Meimei's out of curiosity and i was pleasantly surprised. Inside is clean and organized and staff is very polite and friendly. Hostess promptly took my order and explained what the items on the menu were since it was my first time. I enjoyed the bao and really enjoyed the shrimp rolls and if im ever in the area again will be sure to stop in for another tasting.

Hate to do it, but I gotta do it. This was a 1/5 for me and my family. I ordered the beef and broccoli, lo mein, fried rice, Kong pao chicken, eggroll, and cream cheese wontons. It was prepared very quickly, so kudos to the quick service! Unfortunately, everything was bland, mushy, and tasted the same (except the eggroll). The meats tasted boiled and were razor thin. The portions are AMERICAN size forsure🇺🇸. But, id rather go for quality over quantity. I see lots of good reviews from the local southern palette. Might be good here, but wouldn’t fly in other parts of the country. The photo here is after I forced myself to eat as much as I could stomach for the ~$40 I forked over. I couldn’t take it anymore and had to throw it out.

I love this place. My family and I love eating here. Everything always tastes fresh and flavorful. We've been coming here for over 5 years. I always get the beef and broccoli with plain noodles, which my 5 yr old destroys. It's so good. We also get the egg flower and wonton soup. The lemon pepper chicken wings are so yummy and seasoned to perfection. Definitely recommend.

Delicious food served in generous portions for a reasonable price. We ordered two specials, each of which comes with meat, rice, and an egg roll. That was enough to feed a couple kids and a couple adults with plenty left over. Check out the portion sizes after I removed them from the containers. There is plenty of room to stand in the restaurant while you wait for your order and a few tables to sit at, if you'd like. But this is definitely more of a carryout than dine-in experience. P.S. General Tso's is sweet and delicious, not spicy. Black pepper chicken has a bit of a shrimp after-flavor. Very pleased that the egg rolls did not contain shrimp.

We had a misunderstanding of what was included in our order so we took it back inside to ask about it. It was our mistake, but before I could even apologize for the mistake the owner started yelling at us for questioning. She took it to the back to put everything back in the bags and then proceeded to yell at us again when she handed it back to us. We assured them we would not be back.

Tried out Hunan Cafe for their lunch special which it’s one of their various beef or chicken combos with either white or fried rice and an egg roll. I decided to go with the beef and vegetables. Decent size entree for a light lunch, but don’t expect a normal size for the lunch special. The beef was a bit over cooked and was tough and chewy rather than tender, but the rest of the food was hot and cooked well. Service was quick and food was received quick. Good option for a quick lunch.

General Tao chicken was perfect. Meaty, lightly battered and tender. The sauce was the correct flavor. I also liked that it was severed with onion, carrots and green bell pepper. It came to the table piping hot. I dined in after 4 pm. I was pleasantly surprised to have gotten an actual plate, steel silverware, glass cup for my water, and a cloth napkin. Gentle music played overhead. The fried rice was excellent, as was the tender egg roll that came with the early dinner special. This is the way dining in should be.

2024-11: I think it's safe to say this is my favorite Chinese place in the area. The people are super nice and grateful for your business and the food is delicious and consistent. I would suggest if you want delivery, to call them directly and put an order in to give them your delivery business instead of one of the Fee-For-Everything-And-Inflated-Prices Apps. 😊 (Plus they are faster and more considerate than a lot of the delivery app drivers - as a rule.) Let's keep this business around. 2023-06: I've eaten from here several times and everything has always been tasty and the orders have always been correct. Their prices are pretty decent for what you get. I always call the restaurant directly for delivery. Will return.

Great, excellent, tasty, and hot food. They will never disappoint! I'm always very happy with their food. I especially like the lady taking the calls. She is calm and polite and gives you that friendly grandma feeling. The food deliveries are very timely. The food is always packaged very good, and it is hot! Great job, guys!
