House of Good Fortune
While the food was amazing as always, we did not get our food at the same time also we did not get any water refills or her checking in on us. Other customers also loudly proclaimed this while we were here. On the way out we looked around and there was only four to five tables seated.
I ordered take out, and while the lady working was super nice, the food left much to be desired. The fried rice was good, the chow mein was great. The beef and broccoli tasted like dog food, like the meat was old or microwaved. The BBQ pork also tasted off, like it had been microwaved or old or something. The cashew chicken had a brown sauce, it tasted ok but the texture was rubbery. I prefer the cashew chicken with celery in the clear type sauce, I didn't know there were different types so that's not their fault. Lastly, I felt it was extremely over priced. The combination dinner was $19, we got two but only got 1 soup. Most Chinese restaurants a combination will feed 2, but here it was just one plate with small portions of each.
