Grand Catering
We had our wedding last week and I have had several guests reach out to me to compliment the food and excellent service. From the very beginning, Jacky and his assistant Allan have been so easy to work with. You can tell they are so busy but they will always make the time to answer your questions and they do it in a timely manner! I'm never left hanging when I shoot them an email. Jacky met with us early on in our wedding planning process when we felt so lost but he patiently broke everything down to easy our anxieties and he even gave us suggestions on venues that he knew would suit what it was we were looking for. When they told us they can cater to any dietary restriction an allergy, they meant it! Our guests who had seafood allergies or halal diets didn't have to miss out on the great food because the chefs made dishes to replace the ones they couldn't eat on the main menu. Jacky was also present at the wedding making sure everything went according to plan. We couldn't be happier choosing the Grand catering for our wedding!
Attended a friend's wedding last weekend in which this catering company was servicing for. After going to the photobooths, a lot of wedding favours left at the tables including my own all disappeared from the tables. At first I thought maybe it was cleared away for safe keeping but in days after the bride and groom discovered that the servers of this catering company removed the wedding favours and threw them away. Who does that to throw away the wedding favours that the hosts put their efforts into putting together and providing for their wedding? These servers also must be in a rush as the same thing happened to my friend after stepping away from his table and coming back to find out his dish filled with food was removed. Just awful service for a catering company servicing a monumental occasion. What a shame. Would definite think twice about using this company for any important catering events
