Ordered the calamari to start and Celadon House Noodle, and beef with mushroom with garlic brown rice as our mains. Everything was delicious, with the calamari being the standout. The owners are very friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Food was good. But what I find really off putting was the fact that they applied a mandatory service charge for seating for 5 people ? @ 20% ? Umm 5 people is not even considered a large group in restaurant standards. I could understand 8 or more. Which I've experienced. Worst part is she tells me when I'm ready to pay the bill. It would be nice if some 1 told me before I sat down. Really disappointing and not a surprise you wanna hear at the end of meal with your family.

I got MOO SHU CHICKEN, and it was amazing! Loved it so so much, I'll for sure come back for this 😭❤️ They have great service, generous portion sizes, and amazing prices! Please if you visit here, try the Moo Shu chicken 👍

The food was not good, ordered the kung Pao chicken and they had it filled with vegetables with very small cut up chicken which is not acceptable for a chicken dish, barely any meat at all. Also got the fried chicken, fried rice, which were ok, nothing that great.

I had lunch here. The food was decent overall. The soy sauce chicken and BBQ pork were pretty good, but the roast duck was disappointing—it was mostly bones, and the skin wasn’t crispy. The marinated tofu, however, was flavorful and had a nice, tender texture. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. The service was okay. Overall, it’s an average spot for Hong Kong-style BBQ. If there aren’t other options for this kind of cuisine in this city, I would visit again.

Recommended by some friends and wow was it good. Big portions and everything we had was delicious. Beef and mushroom BBQ Pork Shanghai noodles Hot and Sour & Wonton Soup It’s a small space so expect to wait but it’s worth it.

I recently dined it, It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Simran, our server is very knowledgeable about the menu.She recommended some amazing dishes like Bao bun, chicken 65, Momos etc. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. If anyone looking for delicious Chinese cuisine and exceptional experience. Would definitely come back again!

Chalu Chinese is an absolute gem! They serve the best Chinese dishes in town with flavors that are truly authentic. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. If you’re a fan of Hakka Chinese cuisine, this place is a must-visit — hands down the best in the city. Cute little shop. Dim sum was really delicious. Notes were spot on. but I feel like it is not equipped to handle a business day of food service. I would recommend to do the take out or pick up for the food. That is what we are going do next time around.

Zoelicious is such a hidden gem! This small and quaint spot has all the cozy café vibes and Instagram-worthy decor you could want. It’s the perfect mix of stylish and inviting—ideal for a date, a catch-up with friends, or just treating yourself. We came here on New Year’s Day and were so glad we could make a reservation. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. We decided to go all in on the dim sum menu and tried almost everything—it was a feast! Every bite was so fresh, you could really taste the quality. If it’s your first time visiting, I highly recommend sampling as much of the dim sum menu as you can. Zoelicious checks all the boxes: great vibes, amazing food, and warm service. Definitely looking forward to coming back soon!

We enjoyed the food that we got. Sampled a few from their suggested best sellers. Order was fast. Washrooms are clean and plenty of free parking. Ordering from the menu was a bit confusing af the start but then we realized that we are simply ordering the soup base and they have the same toppings. You can then add other toppings or meat, etc. free extra noodles so if you have plenty of soup left, you can get free extra noodles. The fried chicken was delicious and seasoned right. Try them out. We will be back to try some of the other traditional noodles.

I placed an order as I was leaving Sheridan College (campus across) and arrived before my order was supposed to be ready. The location is very popular already with plenty of tables for customer during the busy lunch time. My take-out food was ready immediately after I paid which was great because I was running a bit on time for my lunch. Staff were friendly and the kitchen was fast in pushing out orders. I order the Enoki Mushroom / Beef Slice / Tomato Soup with Rice Noodles and it was flavorful and the soup was tangy. The beef slices were also very good and the noodles were cooked just right. They separate the noodles from the rest of the ingredients which was great! Just keep in mind that after you add the noodles in the bowl becomes very full. The container used to carry the soup is also very hot so I would recommend eating out from the smaller container that the noodles came in. Utensils are provided upon request. Portion wise, it was enough for both my lunch and dinner and the prices were affordable as well. As it is still fairly new and quite busy, I would recommend (for students) to order take out before walking over and taking it back to campus to eat. I look forward to coming back here for future lunch meals.

Nice to have the restaurant still there after 10 years. Its nice decorated in Chinese traditional way restaurant, waiters and waitress dress in traditional Chinese clothing, smile and nice. Both Peking duck and Orange ducks taste nice it was before, dishes on menu is less than before, but still taste good with acceptable price, but would be expensive if you order lobster. Fried rice and noodles, esp those with seafood are delicious，fortune cookies serviced.

My family and I always have such a great experience here. The staff are genuinely kind and go above and beyond every time. The food is consistently delicious, and the atmosphere just makes it even better. Definitely a 10/10!!!!! Also, they gifted my husband such a thoughtful birthday gift with his zodiac sign!!!

Fast food fast, home cooked delicious! Was surprised when we pulled up to a mall, thought Google was taking us to a food court. Glad I didn't turn around. First impression, deceived by the location. Inside, Tiffany colors, higher end decor. Met with a smile, incredibly friendly service, seated right away. Ordered from their incredible menu, mostly dim sum. Tried all the dumplings, cucumber jellyfish, and fried veg rolls. I couldn't stop mmmmmm'ing the entire time. Absolutely incredible taste. My fave is the jellyfish and the "hockey pucks". Even the Jasmin tea was very good. The food came out within minutes after ordering, super fast, super fresh. This place is definitely going into my "favorites" list.

The food here is decent and nicely presented, making for a pleasant meal. The restaurant itself feels spacious with plenty of seating, so you won’t feel cramped even during busy hours.

This is s hidden gem in Oakville. I would come back to this place. Food portions are huge and everything is so fresh! I got the stir fried lahman by far my favourite dish! Got the beef dumplings so big! Also got the lamb kebabs so fresh! Service was good and food was excellent!

Very nice restaurant with great atmosphere and service. My friend recommended us to come and we love it! Ordered Lamb kebab, stir fried beef lahman and lamb polo. All of them were delicious. Will try other dishes next time😋

We order from here once a month or so and it's pretty consistently good. Tonight, one of the dishes we got was the chili chicken and it was 10/10 incredible, best dish we have had from any Chinese restaurant, not even close. Highly recommend, good prices too

I have ordered 50 x from Dragon House in the past 5 years. General Tso Chicken has lost its flavour and is VERY chewy; not enjoyable anymore 😑. Noodles with soy sauce I got Jan 11th via Uber Eats (3 min drive away) were stone cold and seemed like they were old .. sitting around and some noodles were hard. The only good thing is their breaded shrimp. Quality is lacking, just doesn't taste good anymore. Won't be back.

It's a good local place and has been in our community for many years. Food is usually fine but sometimes heavy on the vegetables / breading and less meat than average. On one occasion, ordered dinner for four and specifically asked for no onions. Was assured that only the spring rolls have onion. This is one of the dishes that arrived :(

I ordered pickup, Black pepper beef with steamed rice ($17). Food tasted OK and had good amount of spice but portion was unbalanced and could have used more beef, it was basically all onion under the top layer. This is a very small takeout place with no seating and it looks pretty dingy on the outside, the inside is not much better as it's very cluttered and not very appealing. There is parking available and service was pretty quick. The experience was definitely not anything special, I don't think I will be back anytime soon.
