Was invited for a meal with some family friends. It was a low key sort of restaurant with a Thailand sort of vibe. We ordered drumsticks, momos, noodles and stir-fry beef. All the food was fresh and tasty. My favourite was the spicy momos! So flavourful and yummy. Will definitely have those again next time I go.

Love the food and service. We were a group of 10 people. Easy to get parking and the place wasn't crowded on a Tuesday evening. The server was nice and the food came within 15-20 mins of ordering. So we got couple of soups, fish, chicken, rice, noodles and drinks. I would say all of the dishes were as expected. Nice Indian Chinese flavours. The proof is that we finished everything we ordered and there were no complaints :)

The ambiance is great! When you walk in, the restaurant looks modern and well kept. Unfortunately, I couldn't extend the same compliment to the food or the service. The waitress barely understood what we were trying to order. The food was bland, had to add sauce to be able to eat it

Very nice atmosphere and a well-decorated and spacious dining environment. Manchurian veggie balls tasted fantastic, and the spice level was perfect. Food was overall, very good quality ... very much like it was at this restaurant's previous location along Hurontario St. Unfortunately, poor value for money - portions somewhat small and do not include rice. Its premium (expensive) nature is something that was also carried over from its old location.

II recently visited Goldenview Chinese Restaurant and had a mixed experience. The food was satisfactory, but unfortunately, the service fell short of expectations. Our server seemed unfamiliar with standard dining protocols, and we were surprised when asked to pay an additional fee for dining in. This unexpected charge was not clearly stated on the menu or communicated at the outset, which caused confusion. While the food was adequate, the subpar service and unclear pricing detracted from our overall experience. With some improvement in these areas, Goldenview Chinese Restaurant has the potential to become a more enjoyable destination for diners

Ordered combo 6 ($16.50) after tax and boy was it a disaster. The fried rice was burnt, the vegetables were not fully cooked, and the spare ribs was so greasy it was disgusting. The only redeeming thing was that the beef wasn't too bad, and the portion size was reasonable. The store itself is a takeout counter with 3 tables to sit at.

This place has gone down hill completely disgusting all prices have gone up all food quality has gone down I spent 100$ tonight on the bare minimum the lemon chicken WHICH I order every time tasted like fish !!! 3 people tried and said it tasted like fish 1 person had a allergy and started to swell up the chop suey was literally Brown swimming in mud water so it was obviously gone bad and served I called and the lady was so rude said she can’t do anything for me and I drove In a snow storm I will never order from here again after 10+ years or ordering then I go to look on reviews and see MULTIPLE reviews with cockroaches found in the food I’m absolutely sick to my Stomach something needs to be done

We ordered delivery via Uber Eats from here. The food was 4/5 to my family’s liking. We ordered the chicken wings, general tso chicken, fried rice, Shanghai noodles, and sweet and sour fish. We placed our order very early, before 5pm, and scheduled it for an 8pm delivery. However, even with more than 3 hours advance notice our order was an hour late, arriving after 9pm. I do not know if this was a scheduling issue with the restaurant or the Uber Eats app. I would try this place again and order other items on the menu to try.
