I ordered Roast Pork and Roast Duck on steam rice for $10.99. I got Roast Pork with no crispy skin. I got Roast Pork with 2 soft tiny skins and hard to chew. The Roast Duck is tasteless. The worst thing is there’s a long hair in the food. It’s not hygiene and disgusting. Yucky.

I dont typically review food restaurants. But I ordered takeout from this restaurant tonight and as I was eating — I found a huge HAIRBALL in my food. This is ridiculous and presents a huge hygenic issue. Seeing as how I am not the first reviewer to comment on finding hair in their food — I do not recommend going to this restaurant at all!

Ate here for the first time, had the Green Bean minced Pork on Fried Rice. It was cooked with Maggi Seasoning taste. Food court seating can be tight if busy. Overall it was decent, will probably eat there again.

Rude. Mediocre food. Don’t waste your money. The owner/ lady taking orders has very nasty behaviour towards customers. I took my husband here for the first time to try a nostalgic place from my childhood. I guess I don’t remember my parents getting such rude behaviour then. My husband and I were patiently lined up and decided on what we were going to order. As soon as it was our turn, she asks “what do you want, order or pickup?” I didn’t hear her as she was talking with her back against us returning to her stall. So she goes “you yeah you, I’m talking to you”. I then say “we’re here to place an order” She bluntly responds with “I don’t take orders, go somewhere else”. Us and everyone else around us were also in shock at her extremely ill-mannered attitude. We ended up taking order from House of Pepper which is just a few stalls beside Lemongrass (which she apparently owns as well). The real kicker is, there was a lady who was lined up with us at House of Pepper that decided to go to Lemongrass and order from there (she said Lemongrass was taking full orders - tray and single orders) 👍. Safe to say, this will be our last time visiting this place and whole complex. I will rather give our money towards better customer service, the food isn’t even worth us brushing off this unpleasant behaviour.

This place is located a Dixie Park plaza with many other Asian restaurants. This place is one of my go-to places to eat at and has great friendly service. I tried many of their dishes and they were all very tasty. Some of my favorites are shrimp and lobster sauce, crispy ginger beef, cantonese chow mein, beef and eggplant, etc. They also offer catering for your family parties/events. Will continue to come here.

To whom it may concern I ordered the same three dishes today On side order of salted fried rice and chicken One side order of brocoli and beef And third usually my fav Sweet and sour pork What they serve me here is plain food that had been sitting. There from the day before Disgusting And 40 $ I had orders the same one weekend it was fresh and excellent When you cut corners like u just did with me I won’t be going back then again Sad they think we order take out we will comme back why should I ? Give me a reason. Pathetic I choked on chunk of skates on the fish The pork need an electric knife to cut And beef no taste
