Everest Cuisine
This was a first for me as well. Customer service was prompt and cordial. E were sat immediately. The smells coming from this restaurant were phenomenal. It was clean and bright. We were allowed time to peruse the menu. There were Tibetan, Nepalese, and Indian dishes with pictures. That was helpful. We each tried something different. We had shrimp fried rice, chicken Tikka marsalla, I tried the curry shrimp, and we got the garlic bas naan bread. The flavors were delicious. We all loved our food, and the portions were more than enough to split into another meal the next day. I will definitely be going back to try more dishes. (I missed a photo of the chicken Tikka marsalla)
I recently ordered a chicken dish similar to a butter chicken to go and was extremely impressed with how delicious it was. So i decided to eat at the restaurant on Wednesday night for dinner with fam and friends. Wow! It was freaking awesome and delicious. The service was pretty damn good and all the staff was great. Now, the staff had heart and loved what they were doing: taking care of customers. And you could see they were doing their best to ensure we had a great dining experience and WE DID! The food was so damn good but i should have gotten it a little more spicy. Disclaimer: for those who are unable to handle any spice, please tell them that you want no spice at all. None. Now, i have been a server for over 35 years and have learned that when i go out to eat, just be patient and enjoy the dining experience. Definitely will be coming back to Everest Cuisine!
Fresh Wok
Amazing food and wonderful people! The portions were very generous and the food came out fast! The shrimp and scallops used were huge! Definitely a great spot to get Chinese food and can't wait to return.
I really like Fresh Wok. I order from them about once a week. I feel like they have the best American Chinese food in Columbus. Their honey chicken and sweet and sour chicken are excellent. I also highly recommend the eggroll. I also enjoyed the lemon chicken when I ordered it. Crab Rangoon is not my thing but theirs is tasty.
Golden China Express
Great friendly service! My meal was very tasty! I ordered shrimp lo mein combination. It came with egg drop soup, egg roll, and fried rice for just $9.99. Very generous portions! I will return.
This place used to be better. Last few times I've ordered here were not great, and this last time I received completely empty fried wontons
Dragon Land Chinese Restaurant
I wanted to love this place based on the reviews but man was I disappointed. I ordered my 2 go to dishes… sesame chicken and chicken lo mein for my daughter. Her lo mein noodles were yummy, but the chicken was kind of rubbery. She’s 3 and not a picky eater at all. But she pushed aside the chicken. And my sesame chicken was… I don’t know how to describe. It had a smell, like old chicken, or chicken that had been sitting out too long. And personal preference, but I don’t like the white boxes they serve them in. I wish they were more of a dish/bowl/box type thing. I will probably give it another chance in the future… but not anytime soon.
I absolutely loved my visit to this Chinese restaurant! The owners are super friendly and made me feel right at home. Their customer service is top-notch! Since it was my first time, I was really impressed, and I can’t wait to come back for more!
J Liu Restaurant & Bar
Food: 4/5 ✨ - The salad was great and the drinks were strong! 😋😄 We got the calamari, which came with friend veggies, which were also very good. Our main dishes were alright, but not as tasty as we were hoping. The sesame chicken was "just okay." Service: 5/5 ✨ - Friendly, accommodating staff. Ambiance: 4.5/5 ✨ - The 80s music was an interesting, yet lively vibe, but maybe a little too loud 😄
Went in on a Sunday for a Bloody Mary. Salmon dish was presented well and a good first impression. Had to try the burger, it's ok but you are better off with the more Asian inspired dishes. Service was excellent, thank you Jeff! Bartender Jeff was attentive and engaging with clients. Edit. Worst chicken ever presented on a salad. It was so tough we couldn't tear it with our hands!
Main Moon
The Szechuan cuisine at this establishment is delectable, with a perfect balance of flavor and spice. It appears that there are two chefs in the kitchen, and their individual styles are noticeable in the dishes. Ultimately, it comes down to personal preference. The service is top-notch, but the atmosphere could benefit from some enhancements.
Carry out order was hot and ready. Placing the order was a breeze. Food was flavorful and crab Rangoon was crunchy! Only downfall is, no silverware, no napkins and no sweet and sour sauce packed in an order to go to work :( Minor details. Will be back again!
