Panda Express
I recently had an experience at this location that I believe could be improved. We ordered food and had to wait quite a while at the counter, during which time we felt a bit overlooked. After about 20 minutes, I inquired about the rest of our order and learned that it hadn’t even been started. This was surprising and highlighted a lack of communication. While the food we did receive was tasty, it was already beginning to cool down, which was disappointing. I felt that the staff could benefit from additional training in customer service and operational efficiency, as it seemed they were not fully engaged with the customers. Additionally, when we requested a full refund, there was an error in the amount returned, which added to the frustration. It felt as though our concerns weren't taken seriously. I believe that with some attention to detail and improved customer interaction, this establishment could enhance the overall experience for its patrons. The owner might want to consider these points to help retain customers and build a more positive reputation.
Yikes… the pork with broccoli tasted like pennies. The teriyaki chicken had a weird aftertaste, and the noodles were half cooked and cold at 6:30pm at the dinner rush. The workers were really nice, but man the food was terrible 👎🏻🤢
