China Gate
I have been going to China Gate for years, but this time I had egg shells throughout my Chicken Fried Rice. When I called to report it, the lady on the phone simply said, "oh it comes from the eggs"! I expressed that I understood shells can fall in, but they are obligated to take them out!! She did not offer to replace the dish and when I asked what they normally do when a person's meal is not up to standard? She said, "we don't do anything"! Enough said for me, I told her thank you and I would post my review with photos and never grace the doors of their establishment again.
I've been going to China Gate for Sesame Chicken for decades and I'm always so pleased with it. My favorite place to get it. The lady at the front is always so pleasant and they always get my order right. My experience at China Gate is always great.
Panda Express
They hang up my phone when i told them wht happened on my food!! Order walnut shimp the gave us chiken breast !! So disappointed !!!! The service is worse ever !!! 30 minutes drive only for it to, it is not worth it !!!
We walked in a whole hour before they closed and the server told us they had no rice. I expected a limited choice for entrees because of the time. But why would they be out of rice? The part that made me mad was that I saw a man in the back with a full serving bowl of rice. It may have been prep for tomorrow but it was not just before closing. It was an hour before closing. If you were truly out of rice(which they were not) they could have made an offer of a coupon or something to entice the customer to order a meal that would be missing half of the value. I'm writing this at five guys now eating my dinner. Next time I'll just come here first.
