Food and service are average. Nice family run business. Update 1/6/25: I would now rate this place a three star. I feel as though the quality has decreased in recent years. It is a nice family run business, but the quality is declining.

Normally when I order sesame chicken or general tso chicken it has a crispy sometimes crunchy texture this chicken was soggy and soft and the fried rice was not all that great vegetables lacked flavor and quantity honestly after I took the photos I threw the rest of the food away! It was a waste of my money

The food was just okay. Except the fried rice is not fried rice and nothing in it except rice. Also spicy beef no spice pretty bland . Egg roll were good .

Great food, an honest price with a lot of bang for your buck. It's a family run business and the family there is incredibly kind, generous, and honest. The service is fantastic and they are very friendly. One of my favorite restaurants in Zanesville! I highly recommend it.

I called in my order. Service was friendly and order was ready at the quoted time. Got home and couldn't believe how much food we got for the price. It tasted so good too! China Max will be our new go to! I ordered the 3 entree plate with fried rice, orange chicken, mushroom chicken, and mixed veggies. I had plenty for lunch the next day!

Well I had been eating here for years as this was the best place to get my fix for this kind of food. I ordered lomein with vegetables, orange chicken and crab ragoons. I woke up the next morning sick to my stomach thinking oh it could be from something else I ate. As the day went on I felt better reheated my noodles and had a few bites,I Found a peice of white plastic in my noodles stopped eating them and now today I'm sick at my stomach again. I WILL NOT EAT HERE AGAIN. SO DISAPPOINTING.

This little place is off SR-22 and it’s an absolute 💎. The owners are so nice. The food is so fresh and good. The ambiance is very chill and the restaurant very clean. Checks all the marks off my list of a 🔥 restaurant.

Many many many times I get the grilled teriyaki and this time I ordered extra and YET AGAIN I don’t get ANY teriyaki. This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous.

The young Man working was phenomenal very sweet kid very clean atmosphere. Food is always hot and fresh. If everyone needs some customer service training go see him he’s amazing a friendly smile and kind words made my day.
